Beautiful spacious condo

This condo is beautiful! Brand new, plenty of room to move around comfortably. Location is close to many sites we wanted to see. Easy access to building and parking. Definitely will stay again when in the area!

Recovery Suite

My family and I used the property for as a base camp for a surgery at UCLA. It was very convenient, safe and a great layout for us. Not only was there a great parking garage the street had ample parking for the third car we needed. Thank you for the home away from home. We hope to be back for some fun next time!

Beautiful and Clean Home

Daniel met me at the door as I arrived and showed me around. I stayed with a group of friends for a wedding. Place was clean with enough rooms and bathrooms for all. We were able to walk to nearby coffee shops for breakfast and enjoy the time with old high school friends.

Upscale Pico Robertson Penthouse

My family and I stayed in this beautiful unit while in LA for a wedding. If you’re looking for a well-designed impeccably maintained penthouse this is it. Check- In was easy and the property manager was available via phone/texts during our stay. The location was within a 10 minute drive to the Beverly Connection, the Beverly Center and Beverly Hills City Hall. Will definitely consider units in this building when I’m in the area in the future.

Mid-City Retreat

We stayed here for a work trip in LA, and were pleased with the facilities, particularly the parge dining table and kitchen. There was a slight delay upon arrival, as the previous guests had had a late checkout, but our hosts were helpful in alerting us of the timing and provided early access to the parking garage for us. I would recommend this unit for work trips. The one area of suggestion I would have to improve would be the keys to the front door of the building. They were newly cut, and tended to stick in the lock.

The place to stay in Beverly Hills

Better then we expected, off street parking, quite street, lots of space. No doubt when we return to LA this is place we will be staying again.

We needed multiple specific criteria , for a transplant recipient and donor . Your lovely apartment met all of our needs . For three weeks , we were safe, close to Cedar Sinai , full kitchen and laundry . Thank you

Just perfect

The property was just as described. The host was waiting for us to check in and made check in process very quick. The property itself was in perfect condition. It was very clean. It had all the amenities. would most definitely stay there again.

It seemed too good to be true but it wasn't! An incredible property! New, clean, great parking, excellent communication with host and prompt refund of deposit,....everything you would want and at a great price. I recommend 100%.
