Campo SanDegolàと運河の正面、そして小さな通り（Salizada Dei Fondaco Dei Turchi）の素晴らしい景色を一望できる、とても良い広さのゴージャスなアパートメントです。
1階の共同廊下からエレベーターまたは階段でアクセスした1階の8名で宿泊可能なアパートメントには、きらめくベネチアンテラゾの床の広々としたメインのリビングとダイニングルーム、ガラスのシャンデリアで飾られた装飾梁、ダイニングがあります。後部のスイートで、たくさんの快適な座席があります。
メインルームの片側に設備の整ったキッチン/朝食ルームはモダンで設備が整っていますが、2つのスタイリッシュに提示されたダブルベッドルーム（暖炉付き - 使用されていない）にはそれぞれ専用のスマートバスルームがあります。大きなバスタブとバスタブとシャワーオーバーと他。
上記のベッドルームの間にある3つ目のベッドルームは、居心地がよくコンパクトで、ソファ/引き出し式ベッド2台が付いています。アパートメントの正面と反対側のさらにリビングルームにはダブルソファベッド2台があります。 W付き専用バスルーム。 c。そして手洗いだけを洗う。

Wonderful Venice Stay

There were 7 of us (4 adults, 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of for everyone. Their communication with us was terrific from the time we booked through the stay. They also met us on arrival to show us everything about the apartment. Great location as well.

Great experience!

We loved our stay at Ca' Del Monastero 4 Collection in Santa Croce. There were 2 families with 4 kids ages 16-23 and we were there during a heat wave in July. The bldg is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that was close enough to have a COOP and great restaurants around the corner and the train station just a 10 min walk away, but far away from the crowds and noise. It was about a 20 min walk over the Rialto Bridge to St. Marks Square The apartment was spotless and the A/C was great. There were absolutely no issues and it was a 100% pleasant and positive experience. My one suggestion is to have some folding chairs that can be taken to the square in front of the bldg to enjoy a glass of wine with the view of the canal to watch late night gondolas glide by and residents come home from work on a quiet night. It was just beautiful and we would love to stay there again. The staff arranged for a water taxi from the airport and that was a super special way to get to Venice. Check in was very easy and everyone I communicated with from the mgmt was pleasant and responded within a few hours. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest after a busy day in Venice, don't hesitate to book this place!

Wonderful and quiet

We loved this apartment. We traveled with 2 families and it was perfect for our group. The rooms were large and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the location although the walk to St. Mark’s square was about 20 minutes. You can also use the water taxi service. Because of this, it was very quiet and peaceful in the area and not many tourists. Communication with the company was easy and they were very responsive with any questions. We were meet by a representative to review the apartment and instructions for keys, etc. Very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Views on Venice. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great quiet location

Loved the house and the location was great for being close enough to everything without it being loud or having constant traffic. We had several kids and were able to easily walk to all the sights from the apartment. The washer downstairs is nice, just the dryer doesn't seem to get the clothes all the way dry without a few cycles. Check in was easy to meet with someone and they showed us around the apartment which was nice since the air/heat system is something we aren't familiar with.

Great place and great location!

The place was only 10 minute walk from the train station. The check in process was great. They met us at the front door and was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The place is beautiful inside and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property

This extremely spacious apartment is located within 15 minutes of the bus station. We found the location to be excellent as we were able to walk to all of the corners of Venice we wanted to see. The laundry on the main floor was convenient. The property managers were excellent communicators and we were met at our apartment within minutes of arrival. I would highly recommend this property, especially if traveling with a larger group.

Convenient location.

Convenient location - 10minute walk and over a few bridges from train station (do not take the water taxi…too close). 5 minute walk to a small local square with super restaurants for dinner (I recommend La Zucca!) and cafe for morning coffees (Mujer bakery). Quiet, local neighborhood. Rialto Bridge is approximately 15 minute walk and San Marco Square is about a 20-25 minute walk. As for the check in process-communications were fine and quick; however, I was dealing with a separate person from Views on Venice with each email I sent. A lack of consistency, but all agents were on the same page which helped. I would stay here again and gave it a 4 star rating 🌟

The service provided in terms of arranging transport and checking in and out was superb. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Would stay there again The twin bedroom was very cramped. We had a problem with the key on one occasion. But it was dealt with promptly.

Spacious, elegant, well appointed, surprising, wonderful

A family of 6, we well well received, this home is in a quiet area, yet close to everything. Bakery, grocery store, some excellent restaurants, a small park/square, two gelerias, sundry stores are within two minutes walk. Train station 9 minutes walk away.San marco less than 20 minutes away Best possible location in Venice/Sanata Croce . Furniture nd Kitchen as modern as can be, all very clean, and almost all looking new. We'll be bck !

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
