Newer, 8 year old, peaceful gated private residence with 24-hour security, for our guests, peace of mind. Discover the perfect escape in our beautiful Townhome, with a fantastic swimming pool nestled in a secure gated community. With 24-hour surveillance, you can relax knowing your safety is our top priority.
Our spacious Townhome, is designed for comfort, offering a cozy retreat for singles/couples . Enjoy easy access to the pool on our street, Ciricote where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip. The community is ideally located near local, dining, and entertainment and grocery stores, making it a great base for exploring.
The area is safe and ideal as a central base for tourists. House is 3 levels with a private patio on the 3rd floor (Penthouse) level for our guests to use. Air conditioners available in kitchen and bedroom, (with cold/heat in the kitchen). Ceiling fans in each room with remote control.
Comfortable queen beds in each of the 2 rental bedrooms which are located on the second level. Third bedroom (owners) is on 3rd level and is locked during rentals. One couple per bedroom. The additional bedroom is $50 CDN per night extra in high season (November through March), and $40 CDN per night in low season.
Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with all the necessary appliances to enjoy home-cooked meals.
The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, 6 burner gas range, coffee maker, KitchenAid high-speed blender, toaster, air fryer and microwave. Instant pot pressure cooker, rice cooker. Newer washing machine and barbecue are located in rear patio.
Each bedroom is fully equipped with hot water shower with good pressure. Wi-Fi is accessible on each level. Brand new 65-inch 4K OLED TV with HDMI input for laptop or cell phone mirroring. Towels for each person including beach/pool towels. Beach chairs, 2 chair per couple available, for all of our guests for beach use or to suntan on the 3rd level patio. Ciricote Street has its own private swimming pool. There are 2 bicycles for guest use.
Parking for 1 car and 1 motorcycle in front of home.

3 week Stay Fantastic

This property was very well stock. All the appliance you would ever need. Very neat and tidy. Easy access is less than a one min walk from the front door to the Fantastic Pool. Easy access to to taxis, grocery stores and restaurants. The unit is in a secure gated community and we felt very safe.

It is very secure and a short walk to the swimming pool area. Walking distance to the new Walmart, Chedraui and close to Plaza Las Americas Mall.
