2 años, remodelación intestinal completa recién terminada en junio de 2019. Casa unifamiliar, a poca distancia del acceso a la playa al otro lado de la calle, Putt-Putt, Jolly Roger Pier y Bush's Marina. Venga a alojarse en una de las playas más familiares de Carolina del Norte.
Capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Dormitorios: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Baños, lavadora / secadora, TV Roku y WiFi.
Ducha exterior, mesa de picnic y 2 terrazas exteriores. Amplia sala de estar, amplia cocina y comedor para un concepto abierto.

Perfect getaway

Bright and cozy. Extremely easy access to the beach. Less than 3 minutes to the ocean. Fantastic for older guests.

So happy

We usually vacation at a different beach that we love, but this year we tried something different... and LOVED IT! Topsail, especially this part of it, is so quiet, family-friendly, and relaxing. The house was wonderful and was a very short walk to the beach (90 seconds tops). I think I have longer walks in Walmart parking lots. We would happily return here!

Great property and location

This house was very clean and well stocked. We could really tell the owners are very organized and care about the renters experience. It is a super easy walk to the beach and local shops. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Very nice property great location

Home is lovely and owner is very helpful and responsive. Only negative is no chests in bedrooms to put clothing. Closets do have hangers.

Another great beach week!

We love this house! So close to fun things to do and eat. Easy walk to putt-putt, ice cream, fish tacos and more. Debbie is a great host and communities well. This is our second stay here as a family of 4 and we’ll definitely be back!

Great place

We absolutely loved this house and the location. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. Owner was responsive to our messages. We unfortunately had to leave our vacation early due to the predicted flooding from tropical storm Debby :( Would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful week long stay. The home was super clean and had plenty of supplies for in the home and a bunch of things to use at the beach. The location was perfect, less than a one minute walk to the beach!! I hope to stay there again someday

The home was perfect for our family,in the perfect location. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of north Topsail but we were able to still walk to a few quaint places. The home felt very clean. It was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at again.

Family beach vacation

This house was perfect for us! Close proximity to ice cream and restaurants as well as beach access. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing Family Vacation

I have been thinking of how to review this place since we opened the door the first day. I was so in love that I found myself wanting to stay in rather than hit the beach lol. Honestly though the place is beautiful, spacious, clean, & comfortable! We loved the short walk to nice local shops, fresh seafood, ice cream & playgrounds all with amazing locals! Everyone is so nice and it’s very safe and relaxing. Ten minutes from surf city. We just loved it so much. Nothing but good things to say!!! Our son who is four cried when we left and I felt his pain!! Haha. Would definitely stay again. Grateful for such a rental!! Thanks for hosting a great place for our family vacation!

Great Vacation!!!

Had a wonderful week at the beach. Home was convenient to food, shops, playground, mini golf & more. We used Walmart delivery for groceries so we rarely drove anywhere all week. Beach access is so close and the decks on the front and back of the home are lovely. Host was quick to respond to any issues. Highly recommend

Family Time

This has to be our favorite home on Topsail. We have vacationed here for over 25 years. The home was spotless, fully stocked, spacious, comfortable beds, conveniently located and only a 2 minute EASY walk to the beach! The water was so clear this year.... beautiful 💙. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect Beach Vacation

House was spotless and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy. Location was perfect, very close to the beach and easy walk to Topsail shops. Debbie answered all our questions right away and was very helpful. Our favorite beach house so far. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for families!

We were a party of 6. Four adults and 2 kids. The layout of the house was awesome and the distance to the beach access was very short. You could also walk to a few stores (including a new ice cream place). Overall we would all love to stay in this house again.

Best Rental

Clean, close to beach access, shopping and restaurants. Owner prompt and very responsive to requests. Cost was reasonable. This is the place to rent on Topsail Island!

Wonderful house with super location

My family really enjoyed our stay in this house for a second year. Everything was supplied and ready for our arrival. I only wish there was a fourth bedroom as our family has outgrown 3 bedrooms.

Amazing stay

Everything about this house was great! Communication with the owner was excellent. The house was the cleanest beach rental I have ever stayed in! The beds were comfy and the outdoor shower was perfect. We enjoyed a week with our boys within walking distance of all the main attractions in Topsail Beach. We will definitely rent this home again!

Perfectly clean, bright, comfy

This place was exactly as described. The entire experience from renting to checking out went smoothly. Of everywhere that I have ever stayed, including ritzy timeshare resorts, this was the most clean of all. It is the only place that did not make me feel that there could be germs lurking. Bright, spacious, comfy and everything we needed. Great location. Very good communication with the owners also. I highly recommend this rental property.

Great House, Beach Access and Surrounding Area

We've travelled to other NC beaches and Topsail is a favorite. This location was great for beach and Serenity Point evening strolls. The home was set up very well for an accommodating, relaxing stay. The rooms were efficient, clean and well taken care of. The beach access, put put, and fresh seafood were steps away and easy to navigate with kids (6 and 5). We would absolutely visit here again. Thank you to the hosts for providing a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect family spot with quick access to activities!

Beautiful property, clean, everything is updated, with a great kitchen and two decks! Beach access is seconds away, and it's a two minute walk to Patio Playground (putt-putt & ice cream). An ideal setup for families with a separate master bedroom/bathroom, and the other two bedrooms sharing the second bathroom. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

This house was wonderful. Very clean and filled with everything we needed for our family of six. Perfect location right across the street from the beach entrance. Walking distance to a park, a few restaurants and a short drive to plenty more.

We have worked hard, nothing was given to us. We have saved for a long time to finally purchase a house on the island. What you do not see, this house was in such dis-repair, from rotting sub-flooring to holes in the ceiling. What was not rotten, was just broken. We have been heavily involved in every step of this remodel, even having to learn construction codes. It has been a long two year project.
