Bienvenue dans notre petit coin de paradis. Nous l'appelons notre paradis car c'est là que nous allons pour nous détendre et nous détendre. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture et ne jamais y revenir avant de partir. Notre maison est située à seulement 3 pùtés de maisons de la promenade et de la plage et à quelques pas des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville d'Ocean City. Vous ne voulez pas quitter la maison? Aucun problÚme! La spacieuse maison de 3 chambres offre le Wi-Fi et le cùble gratuits, plusieurs téléviseurs avec capacité de diffusion en continu, une grande cuisine avec coin repas et une terrasse surdimensionnée avec grill et table de pique-nique pour se divertir ou simplement profiter de l'air salin.

One perfect week

We recently stayed in Ocean City for a week in Joe's beach house with the whole family (6 persons) and everything was perfect. As advertised if not better. I would recommend staying there to anyone. Éric

Fun family vacation

The house is an older property so there are quirks that are attributed to that. Otherwise, it was a quick walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Lots of local shops are less than a 5 min walk. Has a full kitchen and cute eat in nook. Overall a wonderful place for our family of 5 to spend the week.

Delightful home away

House was spotless, as described, with plenty of room for everyone. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The house had charm and comfort and we could not hear any neighbors.

Fun days at the beach

Gals Weekend Away

Enjoyed our stay. Rental was clean and spacious. Needs some TLC on back deck and stairway but were happy with location and definitely met our needs. Would rent again. Owner was very responsive. Four forever friends enjoyed OCNJ and Spring Street Festival on Saturday.

Super cute!

My daughters could not get over the hand painted mural in the living room. The rental was clean and I personally liked how the bedrooms where laid out. My grandma, my girls (2,4, & 6), and I come down every year and my grandma enjoyed having a room toward the front of the house with a little bit of separation. Having said that, it is a second floor unit. I must have missed that when I booked, and we made it work, but we were very strategic with when she needed to go the steps and when she didn’t. She did however make the walk to the boardwalk. We took it slow, but we made it and had a fabulous time. Overall I would love to stay here again. I’ll just have to wait and see how Grandma is doing next year.

Joe's place was clean and is in great spot if you have kids. Walking distance to the boards, Asbury restaurants and shops!

Pros: (3) separate bedrooms On-site parking On-site laundry Beach passes included Comfortable recliners & chairs in living room Spacious accommodation Quick owner response time; efficient (simple) check-in/out Located within walking distance from (Asbury) shops, Boardwalk, restaurants, Farmers Market, Tabernacle Cons: Mattresses & pillows were thin Stairway step outside not secured No A/C in living room gathering place Patio was not covered, so ‘carpet’ stayed wet (no gutters on overhang) Outside picnic table was old & weathered; available beach chairs were rusted Since we flew in from other states, we had no transport & couldn’t carry propane in order to use grill We could hear walking/running in unit above us

Close to Boardwalk

If you are looking to be close to the boardwalk this is a nice option. Very reasonable price and a nice deck off the back.

Short walk to the boardwalk

I stayed for a quick weekend with my family. It was easy to find the house and parkng. Just a short, easy walk straight down to the boards. I liked that it was toward the end of the shopping part so we could just had one way to go! The house was clean and very spacious. There are more beds in the house than in the listing photos. If you're picky about pillows, I do recommend bringing your own. Overall it was a great property and an easy, quiet stay!

Great Condo, great location

We stayed in this condo last weekend, and really enjoyed our stay! Communication was great from the start, and we appreciated the availability to stay for only a weekend. Arrival was easy, parking in rear was convenient on a quiet alley. This condo location was perfect for walking to the boardwalk as well as downtown shopping. We really enjoyed the deck in the evenings, the new outdoor shower was a bonus. The condo was quiet, and although we did have people staying above us we rarely heard them. We loved the bright lighting in the kitchen for games and puzzles in the evenings, and the power reclining couch in the living room was so comfortable. Overall a great experience, and if we have the same group next year we will definitely request to rebook.

Great location and space

Our family of 5 fit perfect and we also had room for visitors! The house is super cute and the location is great. 3 blocks from beach, beach tags are included, washer and dryer are down stairs and takes quarters. Will definitely book it again. Ask questions because not all details are listed. Our stay was wonderful 😊😊

Weekend with friends

We had a great time! of course it was only one bathroom but if you are among friends is all good ! The place had everything you might need. It was very close to the beach and for the price you can't ask for more.

Can't wait to go back

Such a nice place to stay, loved that it wasn't too far from the boardwalk and just a short walk or bike ride to Asbury Street. We all said how nice it was and are looking forward to going back. Loved how the house was beach themed. I followed my heart and it led me to Ocean City.
