This remodeled condo is being offered for rent. Enjoy the great wrap around porch with south west exposure to take advantage of the afternoon sun. Can also catch a small glimpse of the ocean from the 8th St. side. New flooring throughout along with new tank-less h/w heater & attached garage. Windows galore! Jack & Jill balcony. Great stay!

The best thing is the location! Close to the beach and boardwalk, right in the center of town. The house was spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful stay in Ocean City

We had a wonderful stay. This was my family’s annual girls week. We LOVED the porch for hanging out drinking coffee in the morning. We had an issue getting in the garage but our host was available and resolved the issue. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for friends and family!

Amazing location with everything super close. The house is super clean and spacious and our favorite spot was our wrap around porch perfect for people watching and morning coffee. The house comes with so much and it was a wonderful home for the week.

Property is in a great location, comfortable and clean. Loved the porch, but we had an issue with the screen door coming off the track (we gave up trying to fix it and left it behind the sofa on the porch). But it was perfect for our girls' getaway for Block Party weekend. Would love to stay here again next year!

This stay was unfortunately a disappointment. We arrived later in the evening with two small children only to find that there were no linens or towels included with the rental. This was not disclosed in the listing. When asked, the host said there was supposed to be an email sent out a week before our stay that mentioned this. We did not receive the email (spam folder included), and would not have booked regardless. There were old food wrappers tucked under the kids bed that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and ant traps to address unwanted insects that were attracted to the food. There was one single, mostly used roll of TP for the condo. The location, wrap around decks, private garage, outdoor shower, etc are all wonderful. There was just a lack of attention to detail that really affected the trip.

The place is beautiful! Great location . The host was very responsive!We rent every yr in Ocean City its a special place . We would love to rent again but we didn't expect no quilts we did bring sheets. The lights in hall not working . We cook when we are there we would of loved a little more big bowls. Seems to have a lot of potential but needs improvement.

Overall experience was lower than expected. The unit itself is in a great location and is a great property. My family and I enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. However, the unit itself seem to lack some attention to detail in cleaning before our arrival. Trash was left in the trash cans in the unit, the kitchen table seemed to not have been cleaned, microwave was not working properly, refrigerator was dirty, stairwell needs some attention, much of the silverware and cooking utensils needed to be de leaned before they were used, showers and shower liners we dirty and needed to be cleaned. John was very easy to communicate with. However the expected entry codes were not sent prior to the stay. Be sure to bring your own paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and BEDDING LINENS as it does not clearly state that those are not included on the listing itself.

We stayed at the rental from December 30th through January 1st to celebrate New Year's with family and friends who wer also staying nearby at another location. When we arrived, although we entered the correct main door entry code, the door would not open. I sent a message through VRBO to our host who responded with the main door entry code and then promptly called me via cell phone. She explained that sometimes the door sticks and advised that I pull the door towards me and then reenter the code which worked. The rental unit is on the second floor and traversing the flight upstairs isn't difficult. There is garage access; however, if you have a larger vehicle, it will not fit in the garage. We had taken two vehicles and my husband parked his smaller vehicle in the garage and I was able to find street parking for my vehicle. The door to the wrap around porch does not lock. We were informed to bring linens and towels with us prior to arriving at the unit which was helpful. I had also brought along paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags.The rooms were clean and we were able to easily find pillows in the closets. My children really enjoyed playing with the toys and games that were left in the one bedroom. Although the rental sleeps eight, the sofa in the living room only seats three and there is a reclining chair and the dining room table only seats six. The sofa bed is also more of a full size although it is listed as a queen size.

This property promises to offer basic rental options, however, failed to provide even the basics as we walked in to trash that had been rotting in the garbage can filling the whole place with the stench for the two days that we stayed thereWhen I immediately contacted the owners, they advised the cleaning person was in there two days ago, which could not be further from the truthAfter not staying there the first night and advising the owners of same, she waited until the end of the second day stating she needed to speak with her husband about what to do and only then offered to give a 50% refund and when I agreed to the 50% refund, she later changed it to 50% of what they get not 50% of my overall costThis proved to be a third of what I actually paid overall - I got multiple text from both of the owners ensuring me that they would make it right - if which they did NOTI cannot stress the disappointment, not only for my family and our stay but for the lack of consideration and service to the publicI would definitely not rent from them ever again

The location was great, close to everything. Very nicely furnished. Use of the driveway can be an issue but plenty of on street parking. Jonathan was very helpful and accessible. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nice second floor apartment in a great location. Parking can be a bit challenging since you park on the street, but that’s standard in that area. We’d definitely stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The unit was very clean and well kept. Jon was also extremely helpful and welcoming. We also Ike’s that the unit was close to several restaurants, and easily walkable to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to others.
