About this property

Uptown Retreat HOME with Detached CASITA- Sauna / Hot Tub / Fooseball

Newly remodeled home with detached casita. House is located in the heart of uptown, which has access to many new restaurants, breweries, shopping malls and easy access to I40. It is located about 15 minutes from balloon fiesta and 10 from downtown. The house is available on very specific dates. Should anyone have an interest, I would be happy to discuss more details. Currently, it's only available on specific dates, but if you are interested in a 4 and updates, please send me a message to discuss with plenty of time in advance.

The entire house is available for guest access. We have a beautiful backyard with a casita (has heating), a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a bed swing and lots of space.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place

Plenty of room in a perfect location for us. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen fully stocked (even condiments and coffee filters!). We had the dog who could run around in a safe, fenced backyard. Will definitely be back here!

I shouldn't tell you about this gem...

...so I can keep it all to my own as I am a regular visitor to ABQ. First the bad: the location is nowhere near the touristy areas. You'll need a car. But since everywhere is 15 minutes from everywhere else in ABQ (barring traffic), that's not a problem. Plus, it is a block from a major street. I did notice the traffic noise on FRI night, but that was it. Now the good: everything else. A comfortable, tastefully decorated home with amenities galore. Ideal for larger families, my wife and I rented Nicole and Orus's place with the intent of my in-laws joining us. They didn't but we're still glad we had the home. Do yourself a favor and rent this wonderful home.

Perfect getaway to watch the Hot Air Balloon Festival relax with friends. We would highly recommend to anyone staying. The backyard felt like a getaway. 😊

Wonderful Escape!

I rented this place to stay at while visiting family in the area and as a post pandemic escape. This is a must book property! The house is charming and cozy. The casita is perfect for hot yoga. Lola is very friendly. The backyard is absolutely wonderful. Such a wonderful place to relax in the morning and evening. Hummingbirds visited often and I could view them from a bedroom window as well as the yard. So many fruits and vegetables growing in the backyard to admire. The yard lights up well at night and can be used for family time. The hot tub area is wonderful. My sister said the house even felt like a vacation for her despite her living nearby!
