Gather your family and relax on the beach!

What can I say? You will literally step off the back deck and you are on the beach! Set in the neighborhood of Bayshore this awesome home is one of the few ocean front homes with direct beach access and peek a boo ocean views. Sunrise and Sunsets are incredible and the beach is wide open for exploring, fires, running, walking or shell collecting. Comfortable and Cozy ~ you may never want to leave but Newport and Yachats are just minutes away! Waldport is known for its amazing crabbing and Salmon fishing!!

NOTE: I am happy to have your dogs come along. I have had trouble recently with (wet) dogs on couches, bedding, tubs etc which makes it extremely hard on housekeeping. If housekeeping has to spend extra time with pet issues I will charge an extra fee of $40 per dog per stay. I am happy to not charge if you pick up after your dogs! I do want to keep allowing them so help me out please:)

The home itself is all on one floor. The garage sits below the house so there are 14 stairs to get to the main floor.

The open concept of this home allows for wonderful time with family and friends and has a puzzle table to boot!

Spacious kitchen with all the amenities, large center Island, Dining room with a view and table and chairs for 8. The Living Room has 2 large picture windows with 2 swivel recliners, and 2 full couches for gazing at the beach/waves, snuggling up with a good book by the fire or just chatting with family.

3 bedrooms have 2 king beds and a bunk room that includes 2 full/Twin Combination Bunks. The Master Bedroom has a view of the Beach/Waves and the 2nd Master has a view of the Alsea Bay Bridge and Town Lights.

The master Bathroom is spa spacious with a Jetted Tub, Shower and double sinks. The 2nd bathroom has a full tub/shower set up and double sinks. There is also a large laundry room. The mud room entry will allow you to shed any shoes/coats before you enter the upstairs! Please come and have a wonderful time! You won't be sorry. It's a cool house!

Family Vacation

This property was more than expected in the best way! Loved being able to walk out the back door and be steps from the water...thats where the kids wanted to be anyway! Also was great to not be in a busy, tourist packed town. You are close enough to go do the tourist stuff in Newport, and can escape back to the peace and quiet of the amazing house. Would 100% stay again!!

Perfect family getaway

This was our second year at Debbe's home over the 4th of July Holiday. Our granddaughters love the sandy expanse behind the house, the terrific view of fireworks on July 3rd, the beach toys and game table. This is a delightful spot for a family gathering. It is warm, inviting and clean. Debbe is a great host.

RELAXING

We love this vacation home! Nothing better then having large windows through out for a wonderful view and sand right out the back door. This home has everything you need to be comfortable and just settle in for some R&R!

We love staying at this house. It is as close to the beach as you can get in Waldport. The house has everything you could need. The host/owner has really thought about what you would need to really enjoy your stay. We will continue to visit this home every year!
