This property is newly renovated and a cozy beach home only 30 second walk to the beach ! Enjoy the privacy of a furnished back yard with fire pit, bar area , outdoor shower and roof top deck with views of the ocean bay and Atlantic City ! Close enough to the beach to hear the waves crash !
What makes this property unique
Phenomenal sunsets from this rooftop deck and balcony! This home is steps from the beach and bay and has every amenity possible! New washer dryer , wine fridge, Nespresso machine ,Weber grill , fridge in the garage for your barbecuing needs ! We have bikes, beach buggy, beach umbrella and chairs and propane firepit in the back yard!
