We have TWO Nantucket style cottages with cedar shake exterior and pine floors ready for your arrival! Enjoy the peace and quiet of a non-through street with plenty of parking (up to 3 standard cars fit in driveway in designated spots) and steps to the Ocean and Bay.

Rent the Main House or the Coach House - or Rent BOTH! (NOTE: You are viewing and are being quoted for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY - VRBO #992883 )

The completely renovated Main House with central air sleeps up to 8. The first floor features an open living arrangement and a kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The first floor also holds 2 bedrooms and a full bath along with a laundry room.

The entire second floor is occupied by the master suite and includes a private bath and a private deck for morning coffee, lounging while listening to the ocean or gazing at the stars in the evening. Of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower and this home is no exception. Eat outside in the warm weather. We offer a gas grill along with table and chairs.

In the shared storage space, located under the Coach home, we offer a few beach toys, beach chairs and bicycles to enjoy during you visit.

And how great is it not to need to drive into town if you don't want the hassle of parking! Take the LBI shuttle anywhere you want to go. Check it out LBI's local website for details and be prepared to have fun with all the activities and events LBI has to offer!

Our second-floor Coach House offers a classic cottage look with knotty pine walls and wood floors for easy care. The large one-bedroom home can sleep 4 (one bedroom with queen bed and one pull-out couch in the living area). The bedroom has built-in cabinetry and ample closet space. The generous open floor plan provides you with central air, a living room, dinning room, decorative fireplace, a 3 piece bathroom (no tub) as well as a full kitchen.

A spacious deck for outdoor entertaining is right out front along with a table and chairs (a gas grill is provided on the ground-level ) There is plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space with Main House for laundry and beach items) on the first floor.

The ocean is steps away and your evening can be filled with star gazing or enjoying a fun night out on the town! And, of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower!

Perfect place to stay on LBI!

House was perfect for our family, big enough to spread out a little with a beautiful interior. A minute walk from the beach, doesn’t get much better than that!

Fabulous home in perfect location!!

My family and I including our dog have rented the main house a few times and it is beautiful! The location is ideal at the end of LBI steps from the beach. The best part is the master suite and deck to watch the sunset on. Will be back.

Great house!

My family loved this house so much last year we decided to stay again this year and it was fantastic! The house is well stocked, clean and comfortable and steps from the beach! Great street for kids to ride their bikes and scooters. The house is a short walk to the bay, tennis courts and a great deli! You’ll definitely enjoy your stay on LBI in this house.

Wonderful vacation!

This house was wonderful for all of us. Not only is the house great & well equipped, it is so close to the beach. While it is at the southern part of the island, it isn't far from anything in Beach Haven or other parts of the island. Lisa was always an email or text message away and very accommodating to all my questions as this was the first time I rented a vacation home. We would gladly go back here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with convenient access to the beach.

We enjoyed staying in Holgate. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Was worried about not being in Beach Haven but it was a short drive with lots of parking so was no problem. This house was comfortable and we'll decorated. The only downside was the bunk beds in both rooms were very creaky when moving around at all.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation--had never been this far south on the island. It's very quiet! But we love the beach so it was perfect. The public beach is just down the road. The house is cute-a good choice for a family! Lisa was quick to respond with the few questions we had. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing week! Thank you!!

The house is adorable, all refinished inside. The green head flies were overwhelming despite buckets of repellent. Unfortunately, they eliminated any outside activities, including the beach.

Best Location in LBI

We selcted this property because Lication Location Location. 5 houses from the last beach access on the Southern tip of LBI. Some of my favorite featurea were the Location! HEE HEE. The outdoor shower and the fact that this last street in the island is not a thru street! No traffic!

Happiness in Holgate!

Very clean and comfortable home on dead end street and steps to the beach, just what we needed! Bunk rooms perfect for the kids with their own bathroom. They loved it! Upstairs master bedroom is very comfortable, nice updated bathroom and the deck is so enjoyable. Rented main house and guest house and it was a perfect set up for our family. Many nice beach chairs and bikes to use. Outdoor showers were great! We will return next year!
