You will find ample fine dining options nearby as well as shopping and entertainment at the Tucson Premium Outlet Mall. This home is conveniently located for easy access to 1-10, downtown Tucson and Oro Valley.

Remodeled and ready for you, this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home is the perfect vacation rental! This home features new appliances, fixtures and all new furnishings. Enjoy all the comforts of home with comfortable bedding, towels and linens, full-sized washer and dryer, fast wi-fi service, cable, Smart TVs and ample books, magazines and games for adults and children. Exceptionally safe and clean neighborhood. Beautiful white shutters throughout home and custom security door and gate.

Plenty of room for everyone! The living room offers a quiet space perfect for reading, board games or just visiting with friends and family. The family living room off the kitchen features a large screen Smart TV and “heatilator” fireplace. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is well-appointed with cooking accessories, new pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, tea set and every day plates as well as fine china. Also provided is coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and olive oil.

Enjoy a spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and ample closet space, two guestrooms with queen sized beds. The large, pet-friendly backyard offers a privacy and a glimpse of Sombrero Peak Mountain range.
