This west corner condo is located on the third floor of the Windward Pointe condominiums in the heart of Orange Beach! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private, wraparound balcony. And don't worry about the local dinner rush as this rental features a fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for dining together with the whole family.

Windward Pointe condominiums offer many great shared amenities right on-site! You will enjoy access to shared indoor and outdoor pools, plus a hot tub, tennis court, sauna, and fitness room! You are also within walking distance of many local shops, restaurants, and activities. Whether you are soaking up the sun by the pool or shopping in town, you are sure to find fun for the entire family!

Everything was fine except the floors. Even after you sent housekeeping to mop them there were still dirty. everyday my wife's white socks were black on the bottoms from walking on the floors. They need a serious steam cleaning.

Amazing views!

The balcony was amazing, spent most of our time out there if we happened to be in the room! Distance to beach and pool was excellent. Some overall updates would be nice, but overall it was a nice place to stay. The air kept us cool after hot days on the beach and everything worked as it should. Would stay here again!

Condo on the ocean

Amazing balcony and location! It was obvious from listing pics that the condo wasn't modern. But, it was surprising to discover paint peeling from ceiling, stains on furniture, etc. It was like, "we're on the ocean, people will stay here whether we maintain this place properly or not" so they don't bother with it. Nothing was so bad that I wouldn't stay here again. The balcony alone makes it worth it.

Needs basic maintenance

It is obvious from photos that it was out of date, but we were going for the beach not the decor. It was apparent the owners know that and don't bother with basic maintenance. It wasn't a bad stay- I'd stay there again. I just can't give 5 stars to a place with pealing paint on the ceiling, towel bar that barely stays on wall, etc. Outdated decor is one thing, outdated maintenance is another. Amazing location and the balcony was marvelous. But, it isn't 5 star inside.

Short Getaway

We chose a condo over hotel for a recent competition. For a similar price we had beautiful views, beach access, and more room. Esthetic wise cabinets could use some love and maybe remove broken table on balcony. Parking prices unpleasant surprise. All in all we were thankful and pleased!

Balcony is best part of condo!

This condo is very run down. Cabinets are in bad shape, old stove, peeling paint everywhere, finishing old and soiled, bathroom fixtures old and chipped. We ended up here because our condo flooded so we’re switched to this one. The balcony was huge and made the stay better!

This unit was quite entertaining. It needs ALOT of updating. The code to get in the door is 10 digits, I would recommended changing that to 4. We were given the wrong code for the indoor pool area. The kitchen cpuld use a few things that I think are pretty common

Great location

Great location and nice condo. Would rent again. Suggest the owner fix the flapper on the spare toilet as it was running most of the time. Lock box should be updated to a key code door as we almost couldn’t get it open half a dozen times. Very safe and clean!

Very nice beach location....property was very secure.....unit 306 is very dated.....toilet seat was broken...blinds in one of the bedrooms were broken...2 broken chairs on the balcony....lounge chair cushions were very dingy ......Had a good time but for as much as they charge the place could use some TLC!!!

The place was dirty. The ceiling was falling in places, and had holes in the walls. The furniture was extremely dirty and dilapidated. There was mold on the walls in the master bathroom. Kitchen was VERY outdated and only stocked with a hodge podge of mixed items. The only thing good about unit was the large balcony and ease of access to the beach. We would not stay here again.

This Condo needs some TLC

The condo is is in a great location, very nice views of the activities going on below while sitting on the covered balcony. But some of the outside furniture needs to be repaired or replaced. We had issues with the refrigerator not cooling and called was after talking to customer service it was replaced. I gave this listing a 2star rating because of other safety issues, the dining table is very unstable nothing is keeping the heavy glass securely to the base.(only paper towelsls), mold in master bathroom needs to be removed. Once these issue are resolved this condo condo be a great place.

Great balcony and view but unit needs work

I'm giving three stars only because the balcony is amazing, otherwise - it would be a 1 or 2. The first question on the review is “See any room for improvement?” Oh yes, plenty. How about cleaning - ACTUALLY CLEANING - before we get there since there is this "CLEANING FEE"??? I totally get a little sand upon entering since we are at the beach but could not even walk on the floors barefoot the first day without my feet turning black! The WIFI would never connect, but the only thing positive I can say about that is the maintenance man who was so kind get us hooked up to a neighboring property. The left side of the sink was clogged where the “non-working garbage disposal” was. Please invest in a little paint on the walls and some new furniture! The place could actually be really awesome and of course the balcony made it! But even out there is cheap worn out furniture. The air vent was covered in black dust and there was visible damage and scuff marks on the walls. The curtains were filthy and raggedy and the tiny little dresser in the master bedroom was so old and raggedy and barely fit my clothes. My husband had to live out of his suitcase. There were no hangars in any of the closets but thankfully, I brought my own. If this place had a little TLC, it would be awesome but in the condition that it’s currently in, WAY OVERPRICED! I’ve stayed at other Vacasa beach condos and was shocked by the condition of this one. Other guests in other units shared the same sentiments. None of us will return to this property.
