Grand Pointe 710 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with wet bar and separate laundry room. There are 2 full baths and one half bath. The gulf-side master has an en suite bathroom. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom. The half bath is off the hall way and attached to laundry room. Accommodates up to 8 people

Grand Pointe is 8 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 8.1 mile East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Grand Pointe has an outdoor beach side pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, showers, sauna, steam room and gas grilling area covered by huge pergola.

Grand Pointe Association mandates a 25 year age limit. Available for monthly rentals during the months of December, January and February only.

Quick getaway with family

We took a 3 day 4 night getaway with kids, ages 20.20,and 18. We stayed at this lovely 2 BR, 2 1/2 BA location. Plenty of room. The 2nd BR has full bed and bunk bed.

Perfect getaway

First the check in process and communication with the property management company is fantastic! Super easy and quick! The stay was wonderful. We prefer less crowds and this end of the beach is quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean and had all the basic needs. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is quite large and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is quite full with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds! Tight quarters. The bathroom was small if intending to support 4 people. But there is a nice half bath across the hall. Parking is well controlled but the spaces are tight. There is a long boardwalk to the beach which is wonderful! We brought a wagon which was SO nice when hauling everything to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! The property is well maintained and clean. The vacation people were very friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful to watch from the balcony. You got to see all the fishing boats coming out in the mornings. They set out chairs and umbrellas for you in the mornings and they take them down in the evening and that is real nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful fall vacation

My sister and I had a wonderful fall trip to the beach. The property overlooks the gulf and corner of the pass. We appreciated the outdoor furniture on the balcony, including high chairs so you can see over the railing and lounge chairs for relaxing.

Wonderful facility. 710 is a wonderful unit. Big shaded balcony with fantastic view. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Stocked well in kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of beach toys.The clothes dryer did not work and there are no coat hangers. A bit of a long walk to get to the beach. Great pool…

Grande Pointe is fantastic!

The condo overall was very nice. The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were fantastic! Was a little disappointed in furnishings in kitchen - only 4 small pots - needs a set of all sizes. AC couldn’t be regulated below 74, which is a little warm. Since it does have a keyless entry, would have been nice to check in on the app and have instructions texted or emailed - instead of having to go to Gulf Shores office to picked up a baggie with instructions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

IT WAS FAR BETTER THAN EXPECTED. NICE AND CLEAN; COMFORTABLE; FELT SAFE. THE BALCONY WAS FANTASTIC. THE VIEW EVEN BETTER. WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER PURCHASING THIS CONDO IF IT WERE FOR SALE. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

thing that i would change

when getting off the elevator have a sign saying where the trash shoot is have more than three handicap parking have a person that checks the pool area, if you are going to have rules they should be enforced. there were to many people taking advantage of no one enforcing the rules at the pool, my kid almost got hurt several times

Grand Pointe 710

LOVE Grand Pointe. We have stayed there multiple times. This particular unit needs updating. Dryer is very rusty. Lamp shades in master are yellowed from age. Just needs some TLC. Location is awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great size, has everything you would need for a nice vacation. The balcony is Huge, and the beach is less busy than further down. The condo itself is dated, so if you are a princess who needs the latest palatial penthouse, probably not for you. If you are a family who likes a homey atmosphere, this is your place. We'll be back. My only complaint, they really need a new mattress. Use caution with the 3rd party concerige, xploria that handles the stay & play. They are sketchy. completely screwed up our fishing reservation, booked 2 instead of 4, then charged me for the complimentary adult. I spent over on hour trying to get my money back from them, I have to wait for a we'll see.
