When you're ready to get out and explore Orange Beach, stop by Adventure Island for mini-golf, a fun-filled arcade, paddle boats, and more, all just a half-mile away. And for the outdoor adventurer, visit Gulf State Park for fishing, hiking, and incredible scenic views, less than three miles from your front door.

This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was amazing! We loved the first floor corner condo, you walk out the sliding glass door and have access directly to pool and then direct access to beach. That's the good part. It definitely needs some updating. The furniture is wore out. The king bed in the bedroom when you first come in the condo is broken. The pillows on the beds were stained, the linens were wore out and need replacing. There was no shower curtain in the guest bathroom. They came the last night we were there to put one up. There are lights underneath

It was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that need work. --Lights underneath kitchen cabinets kept falling--Patio furniture needs to be replaced. --Grab bars at the showers for seniors--Guest Bath Towel Bar was broken, couldn't hang towels --Light bulb blown in guest bath--Guest Bedroom, Closet door off the track.--Not enough hand towels in bathrooms, Should have 2 and 4 towels vs 3. --Light over dining table is dem, should be a little brighter--Nice to have a book with all the instructions as to what the wall switches work... we had to hunt for the right switch to turn on lights and fans. --Dishwasher was dirty and stinks, we didn't even use it. We washed all dishes by hand. --The Recliner needs to be replace... it is really dirty and if you recline, it doesn't lock into place and will still swival. It was a nice unit, but it needs some tender loving care.

Great 1st floor unit!

Perfect location to beach and pool! Perfect for small child and elderly guest. Loved the gated corner unit where my 1 year old grandson had a blast riding his scooter. The fenced in corner unit gave us ease while he road his scooter and played. Would definitely stay

Perfect place for our family beach trip

We loved being on the ground floor because it gave us quick and easy access to the beach and swimming pool. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our family. We were able to park in the nearby handicap parking space that made this unit easy for us to access.

Good and Bad

The location and space are fantastic. Loved the ground level, quick access to the pool in the beach without having to deal with an elevator. The space of the condo is also great with the layout separating the kids rooms from the parents room. Our biggest complaint is with the cleanliness and broken items in the condo. If those issues were fixed, it would’ve been perfect.

Great location, Needs work!

The condo being on the ground level is amazing. We loved that we could walk right out to the pool and that our patio was gated to keep our kids safe until we were ready to open it. The actual layout of the condo is great and spacious although the photos do make the living room and kitchen look larger than reality. My biggest complaints are about the cleanliness and broken items. The condo had some mold on the ceiling in a bathroom, dirty walls and doors, a sandy couch (day one), and other areas that just weren’t clean. The dishwasher only works for the bottom rack and both top and bottom drawers aren’t on tracks or wheels/broken. The patio chairs are broken and my daughter flipped out of one when the back fell off. There was also a large orange notice from the city on our door on day two for a lapsed business license. We still had a great time and appreciated the size/space, layout, and location. For the price, the cleanliness and lack of functioning features were very frustrating.

Relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, with the pool right outside our door and the beach just steps away it was just what our family needed! We would love to come back and visit when it's warmer weather and make good use of the outdoor pool. The only thing I wish was different is that the outdoor pools would have been heated, but the option to swim at the indoor pool was great! One thing I would suggest is maybe a couple of more pans to cook with, we made it work with what was there, but an extra sheet pan or two would've been helpful. The back left burner on the stove wasn't working, but it didn't stop us from being able to cook, just something they may want to check out! I would definitely recommend this place to to family and friends.

Great Week at Orange Beach

The unit is in an excellent location on the 1st floor, which was great to just walk out to the swimming pool & Barbeque grills; and walk across the pool deck to the beach. It is a bit dated, and could use a few upgrades, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Worth it

Overall, this was a very nice room on the ground floor. It had some little things that need to be fixed but nothing to prevent us from enjoying it all week long. Would for sure rent this one again.

This ground level corner unit is absolute perfection! We loved the convenience of stepping outside and being at the pool or a small walk down to the beach. Windward Pointe is so close to many grocery stores and restaurants which was the cherry on top. Definitely cannot wait to come back!
