Rehoboth Beach Gem! Located on the ocean block of Maryland Avenue and only two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue you are only minutes away from all of the restaurants, the boardwalk, and the shopping. Equipped with a queen bed as well as a twin sleeper chair this unit can easily accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. At only 400 square feet you'll be amazed at how much space you have to sit back and relax during the day and count your zzz's at night. The kitchen has a fridge and a small freezer, full-sized oven, microwave providing you enough versatility if you want to whip up your own meals while on vacation. you easily can. The unit includes one assigned parking space so you can park onsite. You'll probably find that once you park your car you won't need it at all during your stay as everything is so close.

Linens and towels are not included in the rental. Please either bring your own linens and towels or you can use a local linen provider. We do provide shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels for your convenience.

June Getaway

Location is really what makes this place special, walkable to beach and all the shops/restaurants! We had a little difficulty with the door code at first but Michael answered right away and fixed it. The place itself was clean and was fine for our short stay

The property is clean, conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Parking is excellent, free, and just steps from the sliding door for unloading and loading. The owners were responsive to our correspondence. You might bring a beach chair or two to sit on in the condo. We also took a mattress topper fir the bed, but the bed was comfortable. Bring a bathmat for the tub. We hope to return next summer. Thanks for a great week!

This is a no frills property but prefect for a qet away. Awesome location. Pull out couch was fine. Apartment was clean. It is not a 5 star, but would stay there again.

Perfect for a Small Family Vacation

We stayed for 3 days for a family vacation. It was a great value for the size, location, and quality. The location is right in the heart of North Rehoboth Beach close to restaurants, shops, and the beach/boardwalk. The listing was exactly as described. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach with two young kids. It was just enough space for two adults and our 5-year old and 2-year old. Air conditioning worked great for a very hot weekend. The owner was great to work with and check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and owner!

Awesome proximity

If you are looking for an affordable place that has amazing access to all Rehoboth has to offer then this is your place. I must have scanned the info too quick, I didn't realize that it is common practice to not offer linens, but new to me. The only other quibble was the hide-a-bed has seen better days. But for the price, easy access, nice smart tv, solid wifi, strong AC, and a decently equipped kitchen - this is a great space.

Responsive host

There was a misunderstanding about the cleaning schedule but as soon as I notified the Host they immediately got someone out and gave me a price reduction for my trouble. I always say that you have a greater opportunity to make an impression when something goes wrong and that certainly happened here. The place was perfectly located and comfortable. It was a three minute walk to my favorite coffee shop (Cafe Go Go) and the same to the boardwalk. Damage refund was given in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again when in the area.

Ideal Location

My husband & I had a wonderful 3 night stay! The property is the perfect location to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a place convenient to the boardwalk and this definitely fit the bill! The place was as advertised. There is both a drip and a Keurig-type coffee makers. Take a mattress topper as the pull out mattress is on the thin side; compared to what we are used to sleeping on.

Great Little Place

Perfect location, I'm grateful I read the reviews before going as someone said the bed wasn't good so we brought a mattress topper, thank God we did that the bed was not so great! The only thing off about the description was it said drip coffee so that what we brought but it was a k-cup, otherwise it was perfect! We will go back!!!!

Perfect for a Quick Getaway

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is really just a block away from the beach and the downtown shops and restaurants. This is a great place for a solo trip, and it fits the description of the ad. I hope to return soon!

As soon as we saw this property we knew we wanted it. We are a family of four and knew that our kids would love walking to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk plus who are we kidding, we knew we would enjoy it as there are so many incredible restaurants downtown that is great for a date night! We wanted to share the joy of Rehoboth Beach and by renting our property we can do just that.
