Spazioso condominio spazioso con 2 camere da letto e un bagno, recentemente ristrutturato. Per i mesi invernali apprezzerai il camino. Questa unità ha un parcheggio davanti all'entrata. Ha un ingresso privato e si trova al secondo piano. Il condominio ha un soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a concetto aperto e ha l'atmosfera di un camino a legna. Una TV da 54 pollici include anche lettore DVD, TV via cavo e Roku. Le TV si trovano anche in ciascuna delle due camere da letto.

Questo si trova al largo di Hwy 281, comodo per centri commerciali / negozi, ospedali, studi medici, scuole, aeroporti e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. E 'anche a pochi minuti dalla nostra affascinante area del centro che ha molte grandi boutique, ristoranti, bar e il nostro storico cinema Grand. Conveniente anche per la Fiera di Stato, Husker Harvest Days e il Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Centre.

Home away from home

Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay and the owner was super friendly and responsive to any and all questions to include making sure that I had my favorite type of coffee on hand. We also very much liked the area and local amenities near our location.

Grand Island

The host was very gracious and accommodating. We have stayed here before and always enjoy staying in her home, which is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. We would recommend her to anyone.

We just needed a place to sleep while attending the National Jr Hereford Expo at the State Fairgrounds. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathtub although it was not listed on the amenities.

Great stay!

We stayed here durning the Angus junior national. Place was immaculate. Very nice property. The hostess was very accommodating. If you are showing cattle, it’s nice to have a comfortable plane where you can cook some of your meals and relax a little. I highly recommend

Wonderful condo in Grand Island

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Next time we come to Grand Island, we definitely would stay here again. Cinny, Thank you for sharing your place with us

Very comfortable stay

Cindy was an excellent hostess, communication was great. Property was very well decorated in a way that made you feel right at home. We totally enjoyed our stay and will do so again if we get the chance to go back.

Finding the right condo was slightly challenging. The condo # is different than the address. Although the address is correct I could not find the condo number in the listing, which made finding it a bit difficult to make sure it was the right one.

Our stay was wonderful and we felt so at home.

This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable and Cindy was so helpful and thoughtful. It was a wonderful place to be together and so close to everything. We can’t thank her enough for everything.

For the price of one hotel room you get the benefit of 2 separate bedrooms, each with their own TV and plenty of living space also with a TV and fireplace. Plus as an extra bonus, as per your request I will leave you some of my much savored home made scones for a treat! Just let me know what kind you would prefer when booking!
Flavors include: Toasted Almond, Lemon White Chocolate, Maple Pecan, Pumpkin, Cinnamon Chip/Walnut, and White Chocolate/Toasted Walnut/Walnut. :)
