Newly Renovated UNIT 1C3: Oh-so-sunny and bright, this two-bedroom unit promises a cheery and comfy stay for the whole family!

The large dining area and island kitchen makes meal prep easy, and generous seating in the living area adds for plenty of relaxation. Both bedrooms feature soothing blue hues for peaceful sleep. Marble in the bathrooms add a pinch of luxury. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen-sized sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Third-floor location overlooks a small park-like setting and the beach just steps away. What more could you ask?

Pleasant vacation

This was a perfect location, and we greatly enjoyed it. We saw dolphins every tide change right off the balcony, and check in was a breeze.

Great Find!

First visit to Sanibel, and what a great discovery... Ocean's Reach was excellent. Truly felt like a resort... great amenities, location, staff and best of all quiet and uncrowded. Beach and shelling were great, plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. Fort Myers attractions just a short easy ride away. (I recommend Salty Sam's Pirate Cruise, especially if you're with children). Only negative: The living room furniture in our unit needs to be updated... and the tile floor needed a better cleaning. We plan on coming back next year and hope to make Ocean's Reach a regular yearly vacation.

Wow! What a view!

We loved the island feel on Sanibel and couldn’t ask for a better view from the condo. It was our first visit to the island and will be back and staying at oceans reach! Thanks for sharing your place. It was one of the most relaxing trips we’ve taken in while.
