OCEAN'S REACH 1C4: Top Floor, Gulf-Front View, Washer/Dryer, Amenities Open!

Newly Renovated UNIT 1C4: It doesn't take long to realize that this spacious two-bedroom unit has been lovingly cared for with the warmth and comfort of a family home. In fact, it has been owned by the same family since Ocean's Reach originally opened its doors!

It now features a bright and airy ambiance with beautiful cream tones and comfy accents. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. No sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Fourth-floor location is peaceful and quiet and provides an incomparable view of our world-class beach!

City of Sanibel License: SHOM-004800

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at this rental! From the beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise from the patio, to the easily accessible beach and pool, this was the perfect place to get away for a few days. The condo had everything we needed, just as described. Management was super friendly and easy to contact. The location was perfect, a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. The unit was very clean and the building was quiet. I would highly recommend Oceans Reach and we would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Ocean’s Reach and we were so happy to find it lovingly rebuilt and refurbished since the devastating hurricanes. The property is spotless, both inside the unit and on the grounds and beach. You can tell this precious spot is loved and well taken care of. The beach is quiet, with warm ocean just begging you to come in. The pool offers a nice alternative for lounging. We love spending time on our screened balcony, taking in the stunning views and watching the dolphins parade by. The interior of our unit was newly furnished with great creature comforts and everything we needed. Ocean’s Reach has become “our place” and we hope to keep coming back for decades to come.
