Cozy, comfy, cottage. You’ll love it.

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, arcade games, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. All linens and pillows provided. All dishes, pots, and pans provided. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bedroom and kitchen do have step down floors. Also has an open floor plan with no door on the bedroom. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.
