Great location to everything

This property is in the perfect location if you are attending an event at the Convention Center. The apartment was very clean and it had plenty of space for everyone. My only negative is that the furniture in the living room could use an update. Would definitely stay again when returning to Orlando.

Convenient and comfortable

Great location, convenient to parks and The Point. Very quiet and comfortable condo - well appointed and clean! Communication with property manager was great. Booking process was a challenge but worth the effort.

Need better communication

The communication from the host before we got into town was poor. We didn’t arrive in Orlando until 8:00pm & still had no instructions as to how to enter the property. Made me very nervous. Other than that the property & place was very nice & clean. We enjoyed our stay after the initial panic.

Clean, perfect location

Property was clean and welcoming. The table was set for us when we arrived. There was coffee for the coffee machine, laundry detergent, dish detergent, bath and beach towels. The property manager was so helpful when I had questions. I love the location and the pool area. There was a fire pit and a bar. I will definitely be back!

Long weekend away

Very nice condo. Great location, only a few minutes away from Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios. In walking distance to Publix. Easy Checkin and Checkout. Great pool area.

We have stayed at this property twice, and love the condo, amenities and location. We would recommend this property because it is located close to restaurants and Universal Studios. We would love to stay again in the future!

Long weekend - spring getaway

The process using Casiola was very efficient. Property was clean. Top floor. Nice view of the lake. This location is perfect for going to Universal. Love having a Publix right in the backyard. Definitely recommend for families that need more space and privacy than a hotel room.

Comfortable beds and mostly clean

My top two criteria for a vacation rental are comfortable beds and cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable. The property had a good surface clean. The bathrooms, kitchens and floors were clean. It could use a deep clean as the woodwork is dusty and kind of grimy in the touch points. I love contactless check-in but didn’t love that they required me to send a photo of myself, my id, and my credit card. I’ve never been asked to do that before and felt like I was being scammed.
