Inside You Will Find Hotel Elegance with Turkish Marble Floors and a Luxury Lounge Area. Enjoy the Beautiful Backyard with a Sparkling Pool and Waterfall. A limited amount of beach towels are supplied and it recommended that guests bring their own towels and pool toys. Relax at the Fire Pit Area. Great family stay

The home was large and clean- just what we needed. The pool and ping pong table accommodated the 10 & 12 year old while the adults got reacquainted. There was room for conversation, meals and privacy all in one home. The only improvement could have been a better appointed kitchen as we prepared several large meals for our group. Local or regional suggestions for activities, dining out would be helpful. Our hosts were very responsive!

Large house and pool, great for a group!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this house. The pool was refreshing and a great way to cool off in the summer heat. I read in the other reviews that backyard shade was limited, so we brought a canopy that we usually take camping and it worked great. Would definitely stay here again for another fun weekend with friends! Good location too, we were only 15-20min from downtown Sacramento and the Elk Grove Casino.

Great space

We stayed here during the in between of us moving across the country and it was perfect. The pool was a great distraction for my kids and the crib was needed for my toddler. So much space and we didn’t feel on top of each other during such a stressful time. Owners were so communicative and worked hard to let us in a day early since our plans changed last minute. 5/5

Great house with a great pool - great for family fun!

Our group of six adults and five kids had a fun weekend getaway at this house. The pool was great!! The house was very spacious and packed with amenities. The hosts were very responsive as well.

A great place for a group!

We chose this place as a family coming in from different locations for a graduation. It was ideal for having the family together. It was set-up so well with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and good sized common spaces. The house and patio are beautifully decorated and there is plenty of seating for a large group. Beds are comfy, lots of hot water, and the pool is a perfect addition. Hosts are super responsive with communication and accommodations. Definitely, one of our favorite vacation rentals! Highly recommend! The

Perfect house!

This was the perfect house for our group. Lots of separate spaces for folks to have privacy but still be part of the group. Indoor ping pong was a hit! Very homey feel and comfy amenities!

Elk Grove Birthday Celebration

One of the best properties we have ever rented thru VRBO. Very clean and maintained. A lot of space to enjoy our whole family. Pool was clean and several pool floats provided.. Patio was well appointed with many chairs and table. Had great bbq pit with charcoal and lighter available. The only down side was a barking dog in the property in back of this one. Barked whenever anyone was outside or sometimes in the middle of the night.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay

This home was amazing. Beautiful, clean, roomy, fun. We were here for a family get together and graduation. The location is perfect, close to stores and the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive. If ever back in Sacramento, I will try to stay here again. Thank you!

Home is in a great location. It is close to shopping and park. Home was the perfect size for our group. Only negative feedback is the home did not have any pool towels or toys and the neighbors's dog barked a lot (out of owners control) but the barking was random and at off hours.

Family Week in Elk Grove

Large beautiful home with well appointed kitchen and quality furnishings. These may lead to its downside for some guests as it's almost too nice for young children. Tile floors throughout and no bunkbeds that one finds in many 'family rentals.' The pool, while large and clean, is 4' deep at the shallow end making it an issue for children under 12 years to enjoy. For adults it's great. I would rent the property again, but I'll wait until our grandkids are older.

Place was very clean. Communication was quick. Not a lot of seating in the gathering area for as big of a place. Same for pool area- needs a couple of more lounging chairs. Don’t forget your coffee grinder- otherwise kitchen fairly well appointed.

Five couples here for NCAA weekend!

The kitchen needs some more cooking items. Pans for baking and dishes for entertaining. More dish towels for sure. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable and clean. Roomy and spacious.

Weekend family retreat

In general, everything was as advertised and I would recommend for a larger family or meeting place for a quiet group. We have family in Sacramento, and this place was particularly perfect for us because my parents are elderly and have problems with stairs. The ground floor bedroom and walk in shower made it easy for all. We only had 7 of us stay, but it could easily accommodate 12+ comfortably with all the beds and space. Communication from the owner was quick, accurate and helpful. We didn't have any problems, but I have no doubt Fong would have taken care of anything promptly if asked The backyard was great, but it was raining and chilly when we were there, so we didn't use the pool, bbq, etc. at all. Would have been very nice to use if the weather cooperated. I would reiterate that the house is clearly a rental with nobody living there, so it was super clean but only had the basic supplies. For example, we couldn't find any scissors, and if we wanted to cook a large meal for all of us we would have had to been creative with pots and pans and cooking ingredients. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a few miles, so getting supplies was easy when we did need them.

Excellent Host and wonderful home

Fong and Kelly have been excellent and very kind all throughout our trip and even before. They were very understanding and hospitable towards us and our family. The house was well kept, clean and very spacious yet homey. The pool was a plus and the 2 kids in our family enjoyed it very much! Thank you for everything and for making my Sister’s wedding weekend such a pleasant event! Hoping to stay and visit again.
