You will be booking a completely private separate entrance suite on the main floor of a house. We live upstairs with our 16 months baby.

We believe travel lodging doesn't have to be complicated. It should be easy check-in/check-out, comfortable, clean, modern, and complete with all amenities. Thus, you will find it here. Just see the reviews and photos.

Comfortably host up to 4 guests: 1 queen bed and 1 double Murphy Wall bed.
Initial price per night includes the bedroom and 1 bed. Additional $10/night if requiring murphy. 3rd guests automatically includes murphy bed.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave cans and drink bottles in the blue recycling bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Camera Security: For the safety of our home, neighbours, and guest(s), we have only placed security camera outside the home and in the laundry room.
The $500 damage protection will not be charge at time of booking. It is a reservation in the event where guest(s) abuse our suite and properties.

The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The place was spacious and clean, perfect for a chaperone and 4 teenage dancers attending a dance competition. The suite sleeps 4 but the host setup a large air mattress and bedding for a 5th person (small extra charge). We would definitely stay here again next year!
