It looked to be recently updated from the outside. Inside was very well taken care of, and clean. It was clean enough that i felt confident to let my baby crawl on the flour and play. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay along with our 4 children. The view was everything i had hped it would be. Thank you for hosting us

Great Views!

The stay was fabulous! The views, incredible. The cabin was nice and cozy and clean! Very nice. I did not like the drive way but such is life in the mountains! Overall, super stay, thank you.

Beautiful View

The view from the patio which you could also see from the living room was beautiful of the trees & snow capped mountains. The cabin had everything we needed & we also enjoyed the fireplace.

Clean and beautiful

First I want to say, the house was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The drive up was an interesting one, but as soon as you made it up, the views and coziness of this house were AMAZING! The process was great and they were very responsive! We were in town for a wedding and I had the opportunity to make the wedding cake and just being able to ice and create that cake with some amazing views was so nice and peaceful! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! I will definitely be back here again! Even the neighbors were super friendly and very welcoming!

Ruiodosa getaway

Property was ok. Cozy Cabins mgt is however in my opinion failing the owners by not making sure that home was as clean as it could be. They do however make sure to inform you that on top of your cleaning fee, you will be charged $25 if you do not wash every dish and put away. As well as $25 if trash is not taken out. Again on top of a cleaning fee. Did i do these things, of course. I find it offensive for mgmt to not follow thru on their end however to make sure all dishes were clean upon our arrival, they were not. Also, spider webs on most of the lighting as well as several dead bugs in the lamp they have placed over the dining table. We loved Ruidoso and the activities..tubing, horseback riding in the snow. But, coming back in March, we will not rent thru Cozy Cabins.

Wonderful stay in Ruidoso

The house was beautiful and had an amazing view. The space was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. We all would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic vistas

We loved the place, but you pay for the location in that it's awfully windy in late November, luckily there are a couple of places to sit outside that were less windy and the living room view is amazing. Lots of deer in neighborhood and very friendly people. NM was in quarantine, so the lake was closed to us, but White Sands NP was open and it's really something to behold. I was impressed by how many tourists wore masks. On the other hand, the shopkeepers were terrible about masking up and didn't put them on until we walked in, really horrifying! Even at Albertson's (big chain grocery) half the staff wore their masks below their noses.
