The cottage consists of a ground floor accessible to all types of disabilities (PMR, auditory, visual, mental), a floor and an annex with the pool heated all year (6.5x4.5m and depth 1,50m).
The enclosed garden, includes a parking for 4 people, a swing, a terrace of full foot with the kitchen and the swimming pool with living rooms of garden, barbecue, deckchairs and chiliennes.
The beds are modular: single or twin beds (160).
A folding baby cot and a high chair can be made available on request.
Ground floor house (accessible PMR):
Entrance with cupboard, bedroom "CHINON" (sleeps 2) and room "LANGEAIS" (sleeps 2), serving a bathroom / WC PMR, lounge, WC, bar with babyfoot, fully equipped kitchen / dining room, hallway with closet and access to the pool.
1st floor house:
Separate toilet, room "AZAY LE RIDEAU" (sleeps 2) and room "ISLETTE" (sleeps 2) serving a bathroom, suite "RIGNY USSE" (sleeps 2, a bathroom and a toilet), lounge with 1 sleeping / playroom, family suite "VILLANDRY" (sleeps 4), a bathroom and a toilet).

Lovely getaway in the Loire Valley

We had a great 8 day stay with the family, including 2 people with reduced mobility. Plenty of space for 8 people in a beautifully presented house. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for hydrotherapy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surrounding areas.

Amazing gite. Easy check in. Fabulous for all ages. Friendly hosts quick to help. The town is lovely too. The weather was the only let down but Christelle and Dominic could do nothing about that. Second visit to the Loire and this stay has made me want to return again. Thank you

This was one of the most well equipped properties we have ever stayed in. The only disappointing thing was the lack of mirrors in the property. With shared bathrooms and no mirrors in bedrooms or communal areas it made it hard for six women to get ready at once!

A wonderful find

What a wonderful place to stay, clean, modern and well equipped, especially the kitchen which had lots of crockery, glasses etc.. The quality of the beds were very good. It has an amazing indoor pool, which was a great, we did not have to worry about the children in the hot sun! Its in a quiet area but close Rideau and lots of Chateau's. Owners were great and communicated well. The only down side was lack of openings in upstairs bedrooms, making it very hot. Air conditioning would be great, but I think we will visit again in May to avoid the heat and sleep better. Over all I give this property 10/10 and can not recommend it enough. ☺️

Tout était très bien. Gîte spacieux, bien aménagé, il ne manque rien sauf peut-être la clim à l'étage. Le temps était orageux lors de notre séjour et les personnes qui dormaient à l’étage ont souffert de la chaleur et du manque d’air malgré les ventilateurs. La piscine couverte et chauffée est parfaite. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme tout en étant au centre de tout ce que cette belle région a à offrir. Bref, super séjour pour toute la famille. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons apprécié le gîte en tous points conforme à l'annonce! Notre séjour en famille a ravi les petits comme les grands (merci au baby foot, jeu de fléchettes et piscine), et nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la terrasse et des extérieurs grâce à une météo très favorable en ce début d'avril. Et merci aux propriétaires pour les délicates attentions à l'arrivée, nous recommandons ce gîte!

Le gîte est conforme à la description . L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux . Chacun avait sa chambre et a pu savourer sa tranquillité . Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet excellent gîte prévu pour recevoir le nombre impressionnant de notre grande famille !!! Difficile de trouver un gîte aussi sécurisé pour les risques liés à une piscine ! Merci encore pour l'accueil la bienveillance et le sourire des propriétaires. Séjour de Nouvel An très agréable dans un gîte bien situé dans un environnement calme. Le gîte est impeccable et très bien équipé, notamment dans la cuisine, ustensiles et vaisselle. Les lits sont confortables et le dortoir a été très apprécié par les enfants. Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la piscine chauffée en plein hiver, surtout au retour de visites dans les châteaux. Le gîte est suffisamment vaste pour que petits et grands puissent circuler, jouer et discuter tranquillement.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour une semaine de vacances en famille. La maison est très jolie, bien équipée et fonctionnelle pour que chacun y trouve sa place. La piscine est parfaite pour de bons moments de plaisir pour petits et grands. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et arrangeants, je recommande vivement un séjour dans leur belle maison.

Gîte de qualité irréprochable

Nous sommes partis deux semaines dans ce magnifique gîte : tout est très bien conçu, il y a beaucoup d'espace, la literie est de très très bonne qualité ainsi que les oreillers (assez rare pour le souligner) Les chambres sont spacieuses et aménagées avec beaucoup de goût. On sent que le moindre détail a été pensé, réfléchi, étudié. L'électro-ménager est de qualité, les propriétaires n'ont pas installé la première marque venue. Nous avons apprécié la jolie vaisselle, en quantité plus que suffisante. Le baby-foot a ravi petits et grands. La cave à vin, même si nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser, est une excellente idée. Que dire du" jardin d'herbes" à disposition des clients (menthe, romarin, thym...) si ce n'est que nous l'avons adoré ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et attentionnés, des présents délicieux nous attendaient. La piscine a été l'objet premier de notre réservation, nous n'avons pas été déçus : les enfants (2 et 3 ans et demi) et leurs parents s'en sont donnés à cœur joie toute la journée. L'accès unique par l'intérieur, si les baies vitrées sont fermées, est vraiment très sécuritaire. La mise en place quotidienne du rideau de protection est aisée. La fenêtre de surveillance par la cuisine est intelligente. Les propriétaires nous ont facilité le contact avec une productrice de légumes et œufs bio, il est très agréable d'arriver et de trouver son panier de légumes sur place. La connexion Internet est parfaite ainsi que le réseau téléphonique. L'emplacement idéal de ce gîte a fait que nous avons pu visiter de nombreux châteaux, à quelques kilomètres de distance. Les vacances ont été super et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore un grand merci pour tout !
