FONTAINEBLEAU SORRENTO OCEAN FRONT JUNIOR SUITE

Fontainebleau Hotel's Sorrento Tower 550 sq ft oceanfront Junior Suite apartment. Kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave), balcony and 1 full bathroom. Access to Hotel's facilities and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate.

Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed, one full size sofa sleeper, and up to 1 extra rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for an additional charge of $60/night plus tax.
Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional), gym and all hotel amenities.

Below hotel charges are displayed in the VRBO total, however they are only charged on the premises:

2. Hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge:

DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $176.70 (no service provided during stay).

Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $176.70

Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are charged by the hotel upon departure.

Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.

We do not charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking, but displayed on VRBO to inform guests of total cost of reservation . The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, cleaning fees can't be waived.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite.

Other details to note:

HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.

Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.
