Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this completely renovated and beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level vacation rental residence in Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

The owners have updated this unit with all new appliances, renovated kitchen and super nice linens and décor. You won’t want to leave! The living room has plenty of space to catch up with family. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably with two additional bar seats nearby.

The master bedroom is large with a king size bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and private en-suite bath with shower/tub combination. There is even a sitting area outside the master suite. On the other side of the living room, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and television; full bathroom and a third bedroom which has a set of adorable twin bunk beds.

The Harbour Oaks community – a much sought after location - is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Village and Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout. **Swimming pool is open seasonally.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked
spots.
• Approx. 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier, main Village area and pickleball courts.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and One Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Reviewer Comments: What we liked = the location, the master bed was comfortable and the bath with the hand held shower hose, the tv and its stations, the sitting area at the bedroom end. What didn't work well for us = the stool in the other end of unit was a low stool which someone who has a problem getting up it just was not what worked so well for the adult male age 60 with his problem. Also the living room furniture was not comfortable for any of us = too deep of sitting area on them. We would tell a friend about its good and not so good points and they could decide if it would keep them from choosing this place. The price was very good so that was another big plus.

Amazing Location - walk to everything.

We loved this townhouse and cant wait to come back! Its walking distance to everything, parks, stores, restaurants, shopping, pier, playground. Its is beautifully decorated, clean and in gated community.

Excellent place to stay with family and kids

My son had a ball tournament for the weekend in St. Simons. We had 7 people in our party and getting hotel rooms would have been a nightmare. I had previously stayed at this location for a bachelorette weekend and knew it would be great, not to mention cheaper than all the hotel rooms I would have had to get. We were able to be together in between games and down time. They have a very nice pool and the area is within walking distance to the pier and shops. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Girls Retreat

This condo offered a perfect place for three generations of the girls in our family (ages 13 - 65) to spend a few days together away from our hectic lives. The condo was exactly as advertised - spacious, beautiful, and tranquil under the canopy of oak trees. The walking access to the pier village was a plus and we took full advantage of that as we strolled to dinner each night!

Great location. Easy check in. Quiet. Only a few complaints: The linens could have been cleaner. The bedspreads and shams are in need of washing and some of the towels had stains. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t good and the dryer had to run 3 times to dry anything. A keurig would have been nice. There’s only a mr coffef Positives: bedroom step up was great for family with kids. They had charging stations everywhere for electronics and everything worked well. Kitchen items were good. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it just wish it

Wonderful Place

This is exactly what my family needed. Just enough room for us all and in the perfect location. We were close to all the shops and places to eat. Outside the glass doors by the fountain and on the comfy couch were my two favorite places to be. Will definitely be in my favorites for next year.

Very cute place with great layout and location!

Condo was very cute, spacious and had a great layout for a family with small children. Especially loved that it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops as well as close by to a cute park for the kids to play at.
