Escape to the islands of Coastal Georgia in this beautifully renovated 3 BR 2 BA condo. The Harbour Oaks Community is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to St. Simons Pier and Village. This gated community features a swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness facility along with it's beautifully landscaped grounds and lagoons.

Our condo sleeps 8 and has 2 living spaces to relax and enjoy, including a sofa bed for extra guests. We have a coffee bar with your choice for K-cups or drip coffee. Each room has it's own tv and cable available as well as high speed internet. Each bathroom has it's own hair dryer and there are full size washing machine and dryer. This second floor unit has an amazing view of the pool and lagoons from the porch!

Harbour Oaks is in the PERFECT location! It is located next to Mallery Park where there are pickle ball courts, tennis courts, ball fields, and a playground. Harbour Oaks is in the heart of everything and less than half a mile walk to the Pier Village and Lighthouse. This area is close to some of the best restaurants and shops, a great oceanfront park, Splash Zone and mini golf. It's close enough to walk or bike, even with kids! And East Beach is just a quick ride away.

Because being outdoors is ideal while in St. Simons, we have provided a few things for you to enjoy.

Stayed for 5 weeks February/March. Great location and the complex is lovely, very peaceful. Location is perfect, very close to the village and pier area. This unit was very well equipped for a long term stay, much better than some we have stayed in. Also plenty of room for a family. The owner Karen is great, very responsive. Had a small problem with the dryer that was dealt with immediately. We would definitely recommend this property for either a short or long term visit!

The condo was exactly as described and in a very quiet location. It was clean, well equipped with a beautiful kitchen. The location is quiet but an easy walk to the beach or town. There is a county park just outside the condo complex with 2 children's playgrounds, pickeball, basketball and miles of sidewalks to ride bikes.

This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! It was relaxing and large enough for my family of six to come to after a long day at the beach. We will definitely book again when we come back to SSI.

Great location

I was very pleasantly surprised at the location of this property - it was perfect for exploring St. Simons and very walkable to the pier and restaurants. My kids enjoyed the pool onsite and having bikes to ride around the area. The interior setup was great for my family too. I definitely recommend!

Wonderful condo close to the pier

We came for a short weekend stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location and close to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Balcony overlooks pool area.

The condo was great. The kitchen was newly remodeled and had all the supplies I needed and lots of extra supplies I did not expect. Bathrooms also very nice. Walkin shower is a plus especially for us older people. Nice to have a TV in all rooms too. Very spacious living area and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed the reading area on many occasions when the weather required you to be inside. Also, Karen is a great hostess. She was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back.

Great location

Convenient to the pool, beach and downtown. Lots of beach supplies and bikes. The black bike needs repairs. Wheel is wobbly. Great layout. Plenty of room.

Walkable Condo to St Simons Village

Condo was in an excellent location, only few blocks from St Simon Village. Kitchen and baths have been remodeled and very nice. The owner is super responsive and wonderful to deal with. Condo is well equipped, and beds are comfortable. The deck is small 2 people max but there is a pool deck with lots of chairs and tables right below the condo. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Very clean

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Location was great, close to everything. Beds were comfortable! We rented the golf cart that is available with the unit and had some issues, however Heath was very prompt in responding and handled the situation professionally which was appreciated. Overall, would definitely rent again.

Unit was well stocked with dishes and linens. It was very clean. Good location. Found it strange only 1 dishwasher soap and 2 garbage bags were supplied for our 5 night stay. The bikes were not in very good shape - only 1 could be used

Thanks for staying! I have ridden all of the bikes without a problem, but we do have a few new beach cruisers headed down in a few weeks so that should help out.

Very Nice

We enjoyed staying here. We would like the owners to be aware of some problems they may want to check out. Few ants in the kitchen and outside on stairway. Carpenter bees have nested in the walls in the 2nd bedroom, very loud.

Great property!

This condo was just as described and it had everything we needed- beach towels, bikes, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the condo being cleaned at check in- but Karen was quick to solve the problem. The location is perfect! Just a bike ride to the pier. And it was right beside the condo pool and exercise room. We vacation every year in SSI and this will be a condo we look for next year!

Harbour Oaks Condo

Property was excellent. However, 4 adults, 2 children & 1 infant arrived to find only 2 wash-clothes. I notified the property manager and she responded quickly, however, it took more than one day (about 30 hours) to receive additional wash clothes. All gargabe was to be put in plastic bags, but only two were in the condo. Paper towels and toilet tissue ran out. I suppose I was should have contacted the PM again but figured it wasn't worth it based on the time it took to get wash-clothes. Bought my own garbage bags. Other than that very nice.

We are glad you had a good visit. We did have a mix up with the wash clothes but were able to get it taken care as quickly as we could since we are independently managed and not by a company. It is listed that we (like most rentals on the Island) only provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc… We understand that that is not enough for a long stay but is enough to get you a few days when you arrive before you need to head to the store. We are thankful that Winn Dixie is so close and has most everything we need. Thanks again for staying!
