The Mas du Pairois is located 3 km from the villages of Bagnols and Saint-Paul, 17 km from the sea, surrounded by the Esterel mountains and picturesque hilltop villages. The villa is in a quiet and wooded environment. Its two 8m / 4m spill pools (one flat bottom depth 1.50m - the other diamond - depth 1.80m - with diving board) surrounded by shaded terraces with dining room, garden and pool lounge and BBQ will fill you with happiness. The villa is built on a closed ground of 25 ares with restanques. You will find a petanque court, a ping-pong table, corners of rest. The interior is comfortable, a large living room of 50 m² with exposed beams, open fire. A fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with 1.40m bed), including a master suite (bed 1.60m), a sofa bed for 2 persons (1.60m), cot and high chair for baby and 3 shower rooms, 2 toilets. Bathroom and kitchen linen are provided free of charge. Sheets can be rented on site. For your comfort, you will find 2 refrigerators with freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio, stereo and a second TV in the master suite, free WIFI . Within the property, you can easily park 3 cars.
A deposit of 500 euros is to be given on arrival to the person of confidence (cash or check), it will be returned at departure if no damage or within 7 days if damage found.
