Venga a disfrutar de su estadía en este recientemente actualizado, perfectamente limpio, condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño en la planta baja en Summerlin. Todo nuevo mobiliario, decoración, muebles, toallas y ropa de cama. Pisos y pintura completamente nuevos. Encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cocina completamente equipada. Cama king size en la habitación con TV de 50 ", chimenea de gas, gran armario y ventilador de techo. Amplio tocador con lavabo doble con combinación de bañera / ducha. Gran sala de estar con TV de 60 ", puerta corrediza de vidrio que sale al área de estar / patio. Lavadora, secadora incluida.

Fabulous stay!

Couldn't have been happier or more delighted with our stay. After a long day of travel, we arrived to a sparkling clean and welcoming home. We were booked for a 6 week stay and the fridge was stocked with a jumbo case of water and some sodas. We didn't want for anything as the home was also super stocked with paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shamp/cond/soap, a TON of fluffy towels and a well appointed kitchen. The host checked in on us several times just to ensure everything was OK. TVs were large and had all the apps/streaming services we could need. Laundry room was excellent and we used it quite a bit. Overall we were so happy with our stay and will be back again. Highly recommend.

Be Ready to be Wowed!

Awesome location, outstanding condo, very clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful furnishings with very classy and thoughtful touches throughout. My husband and I so very much enjoyed our stay here that we are planning to return for a week in a few months. We highly recommend this condo and Michelle and Joe are very kind and considerate people. When I contacted her regarding a recommendation she not only informed me but assisted me in the process. My husband and I hope to meet them one day because they really made a huge difference in the quality of our short vacation in Las Vegas. Over and above the normal

My experience with VRBO dates back some five years and overall has been most satisfactory. However, this one property offering exceeded all expectations. The owners seem to have gone all the extra steps to ensure complete satisfaction. Entry to a very clean condo was seamless and then the extra touches began. A welcome basket, condiments, soda water, water, candies, full range of spices were offered. It was truly like a turn key to a personal home. Soaps, hair products, more than adequate towels, cleaners etc, were all provided. The owers followed up by text messages and a phone call to ensure that everything was A-plus. A very impressive performance in totality. One gets the impression that being treated royally is the norm. Would I rent from these owners again.......Most Certainly, and with no reservations. Thank you for showing and exercising Old-Age Service. It was appreciated.

Wonderful

My parents were in town visiting for a month and felt very at home at Michelle’s place! The apartment was stocked with everything they needed ++! It was stylish and cozy, and they said they will be buying a new mattress after sleeping on the one there :) It was such a nice stay and Michelle was so easy to communicate with. We feel fortunate it was available and hopefully they will be able to stay there again on their next visit. Great location, quiet and the parking spot made it easy for them to park and get around. Thank you Michelle. Just a wonderful host.

Outstanding condo and owners

We have traveled the world and stayed at many VRBOs but never had we had one with the best appliances, fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay +++ Even coffee, detergents, tissues, and towels galore. If we were not moving into our own house we would have stayed longer.

Lovely condo in Summerlin for a quiet comfortable stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed a six day stay at Joe and Michelle’s condo while visiting my son and his family. The condo was lovely , quiet and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. I had a problem at first with the air conditioner. Michele was easy to reach and the problem was fixed quickly. The location was very near my son. I look forward to staying again. Thoughtful, attentive hosts!

Great location for visiting Red Rock Canyon, Valley of the Fire State Park, and the Las Vegas Strip.

This condo is very nice and the owners have provided everything their guests would need. Very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Five stars!

Excellent property

We stayed at the condo for two weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had everything we needed, and the refrigerator was stocked with diet beverages and at least a case of bottled water, which was very thoughtful and needed in Las Vegas. Michelle was very responsive for every question and continually checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. Location is perfect for the Summerlin area. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great location - Everything you need nearby

My husband and I decided to take a post vaccine trip to Vegas to play golf. We did not want to stay near the Strip hotels and I feel fortunate to have found this perfect little home away from home. The condo is in a great location. There is everything you need very close by(restaurants, grocery, and activities). We were very pleased with our experience. The condo is well equipped and communication with the owner is frequent and supportive. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything you need for a short or extended visit

My wife and I stayed in the condo for a week while visiting relatives in the area and found it to be better than we expected. The owner is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful - the best we've encountered. The condo was spotless clean, and we appreciated a refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks. We did a lot of meal cooking while there and the condo is stocked with high quality cooking utensils for you - excellent. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, in a large condo development. Neither noise or light pollution was an issue - we slept well. Access to every amenity, including a grocery store, is close by. Access to the highway nearby makes travel around Las Vegas convenient. A covered, designated parking spot is assigned to visitors. The bed was very comfortable, and a variety of pillows are available. The TV is large and smart, offering access to streaming channels like Netflix. We've already decided that we'll try to book the condo again on future visits to the area - we liked it that much. Thanks for the use of your condo, and for being such a great host!

Our Second Time Staying Here

We loved it enough the first time, that we came back again! It is perfect for my husband and I when visiting our grandchildren. So, so comfortable and they have thought of everything that we need, and more. The bed, the furnishing, everything is just so nice.

Loved the condo!

My husband and I visit our grandchildren regularly in Summerlin and this is the best VRBO we have stayed at. Everything was top notch, VERY clean and so comfortable. Even had a private patio. We didn't need anything, but the owners were right there and available if we had. I will look at this place first for our next visit. Highly recommend.
