Drew’s property was amazing! Me, my wife, and our service animal stayed at Drew’s property for 3 months while I was on a travel contract here and you couldn’t ask for a better property or host ! Truly felt at home being at the property. 10 minutes from the strip and Fremont. LVAC gym only a 2 minute drive away and 10 minute walk which my wife felt comfortable doing during the day. Very safe area and quiet with comfortable beds , with plenty to do around it. Pictures were accurate to the property and clean upon arrival. Pool was cleaned consistently and Drew is easy to contact. Kitchen and amenities were top notch. House is so great we spent many weekends just BBQ in the backyard and relaxing in the pool. As the listing states the pool is not gated so would not recommend if you have small children. 10/10 property! Will definitely be staying here again for vacation or if I take another contract in Vegas! Thank you Drew for hosting us and make our time in Vegas truly amazing

Moleik is a fantastic guests. Him and his wife left the place in great condition and it was easy for my cleaning crew to come in and do their job quickly. The neighbors also said they were very quiet and caused no problems. Well liked in my neighborhood. Moleik and his wife are welcome back anytime.

Transition home for our move to Vegas

Our staying at Del Monte was not the original plan. The home we were going to stay at never finalized the reservation and the host of Del Monte had a change in bookings so literally the reservation was booked as we were pulling in the driveway. Drew had the house all set and ready for our stay. He has done a lot of updating throughout the house. And you literally can just show up with your suitcase and groceries and be ready to go. The private backyard is perfect for entertaining with friends. Of course the highlight is the indoor/outdoor pool. It truly makes you feel like you are outside but still in the air conditioning comfort during the hot Nevada summer. You are off a main roadway that has many stores - restaurants - etc. The Vegas strip is mins anyway but you would not know it. The neighborhood is another plus- safe and well care for homes. The neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Theodore is the perfect guests to have. Easy to communicate with, very respectful, and courteous. I was making updates to the house and Theodore was very understand about the situation. One of the best guests I ever had. He or anyone he recommends is always welcome back. They left the place clean, on time, and followed all the house rules. Thank you!
