We’re both from Green Bay. Born here, raised here, still here. We host because this city is better from a real house than from a hotel — especially on Shadow Lane, the little street that sits in the actual shadow of Lambeau Field.

Walk to the stadium, Resch, the bar district, and Titletown. Come back to a remodeled home and an entertainment garage built for a group that wants to stay put after the event. Packers weekends are loud here. The rest of the year it’s concerts, conventions, weddings, and people who just wanted to be this close.

We’re Packers fans. We also know Green Bay runs twelve months. We keep the place clean, stocked, and easy to get into because that’s what we’d want after a drive. Message us. We answer. If you need a walk-time to the gate, a dinner idea, or a heads-up on event traffic, ask. We’re local, and this street is why we do this.

Shadow Lane sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field — a short residential street that runs parallel to Lombardi Avenue. That is why people book this block: you walk to the stadium, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the Holmgren Way bar district instead of hunting for parking.
Visit

Lambeau Field is a few minutes on foot. Take a stadium tour, see the Packers Hall of Fame, and shop the Packers Pro Shop even when there is no game. Titletown is the Packers-built park next door: a full-size football field, Shopko Optical Playground, year-round ice ribbon, and Ariens Hill for summer movies or winter tubing. The Resch Center is the walkable indoor venue for concerts, hockey, and shows.
Eat

Stay close and you eat well. Hinterland is the farm-to-table brewery in Titletown. 46 Below sits under Ariens Hill for casual bites. BelAir Cantina, Homefield Pub + Social, and 4th & Strong cover tacos, pub food, and coffee. Inside Lambeau, 1919 Kitchen & Tap is the atrium gastropub. Across Ridge Road, Kroll’s West is the local institution for butter burgers. On Holmgren Way, Stadium View, The Bar, Anduzzi’s, and D2 Sports Pub are the classic pre- and post-game stops. Badger State Brewing and Green Bay Distillery are a short walk for craft beer and spirits. Lodge Kohler’s Taverne in the Sky is the nicer dinner with a view.
Shop

Packers gear at the Pro Shop and Titletown shops. Everyday needs and bigger retail are a few minutes by car at Bay Park Square. Downtown Green Bay (short drive) adds Broadway boutiques, the farmers market in season, and Titletown Brewing inside the old train depot.
Why this neighborhood works

Game weekend, you leave the car in the driveway and walk. Non-game days, Titletown is still open — playground, skating, dinner, a quiet walk around the stadium. You are in a real neighborhood, not a hotel strip, with everything Packers fans come here for within walking distance.

Shadow Lane is what makes this house different. It sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field, on a short residential street that runs parallel to Lombardi Avenue. You walk to the stadium, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the Holmgren Way bars. Most groups park once and do not move the car until checkout.

The house was built for that kind of stay. It went through a full update — new siding, windows, floors, kitchen, baths, bedding, décor, garage interior, and backyard furniture — so the walk home is to a finished house, not a worn rental next to the stadium. The living room has a custom media wall with a three-sided fireplace, Roku TV, and Sonos. Bedrooms have Sapphire mattresses, Beckham Hotel Collection bedding, and blackout shades. The kitchen is new and stocked, including a Keurig Duo.

The entertainment garage is the other half of why people book this block: TVs, games, infrared heat, Polywood seating inside and out, and a hard-piped natural gas grill. Pregame here, walk to Lambeau, walk back, keep the house for sleeping. Driveway parking for about six vehicles and a Tesla Universal EV charger for guest EVs, not Tesla-only.

You are on a real neighborhood street, not a hotel strip. Local Green Bay owners. Use the garage. Keep the block respectful.
