Can't say enough of great things about this apartment. Relaxing and quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were beautiful and well equipped. Wonderful location that is close for all you needs.Our host, Jacques, was exceptional, very hepful, and responsive. He provided a list of local shops and restaurants. He even reached out mid stay to make sure everything was going well.We would gladly stay there again.Thank you again, Jacques!

Beautiful, comfortable, very quiet, on a private street. Very kind and accommodating host. Neighborhood is relatively small but has plenty of conveniences (restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, pharmacy, supermarket, banks, etc) for a vacation stay. Large park just a few blocks west of the apartment, great for walking or running. Just 2-3 blocks from 2 different Metro stops. Only downside is that it’s about 30 minutes from most major Paris attractions by Metro. We were very happy with the trade off, enjoying the quiet neighborhood in the evenings after being in the main tourist neighborhoods all day, but if you don’t like Metro, or 30 minutes back and forth seems like a lot, this place isn’t for you.

Absolutely gorgeous property in such a chic neighborhood. This duplex was more beautiful than the pictures! Jacques provided a wonderful list of shops and restaurants nearby. There was everything we could imagine at our fingertips. Beautiful produce, cheese shops, wine shops, grocery stores, boutiques and restaurants. We especially loved Murat! Excellent meals there (we loved it so much we ate there twice) and wonderful service. We already want to return to Paris and stay at this very same “Sunny Duplex.” Thank you, Jacques, for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Such a relaxing environment! We loved our stay and appreciated the communication with our host, Jacques. Jacques provided a wonderful notebook of how to get out and about in the neighborhood, and the metro is a very short walk from the home. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner unit which was so appreciated during our summer stay. We would happily book this for our next Paris trip. Thank you for the wonderful stay, Jacques.

All around excellent. Jacques was tremendous, the apartment was exactly as shown. It was in an amazing location in an idyllic French neighborhood, easy access to everything, great local shopping and restaurants. Will absolutely stay again.

Our 5 days in Patis

This apartment is wonderful. The manager could not be more helpful. It is in an ideal location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of the stairs. I think they should have been mentioned. This is not a place for older people or people with disabilities. There was 40 steps going up to the apartment and then another set of steps to one of the bedrooms. Other than that the apartment was ideal. But I could only give it 4 stars.

Fantastic

I cant say enough great things about this place!!!! First, your host is outstanding!! He always answered my questions, which were several. He gave many recommendations of places to go. He was just overall so helpful and accommodating. He really made being in another country feel comfortable and fun. Second, his house is amazing! Great location! Amazing amenities. Terrific patio. I could go on and on. If you are in Paris, this is a must stay!

Quiet duplex in a beautiful city

We were so fortunate to stay in Jacques' home. The duplex is beautiful and clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax after a long day of exploring all that Paris had to offer. The duplex is in a perfect setting; a quiet neighborhood just steps from the metro. Grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants are easy to access. Jacques was a wonderful host and went above and beyond in getting us settled, oriented, and making sure we had what we needed. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Perfect Location with an Awesome Host

The apartment accommodated my family of 6 without a problem for our 7-night Paris vacation. The apartment was spacious for all of us. Very convenient that each bedroom has a shower.Great residential neighborhood. Bakery, cheese and wines stores are located a short walk from the apartment. Grocery store is also located within a short walking distance. The two metro stations, M9 & M10, are a short walk from the apartment and these two lines can be used to take you into the center of Paris without a problem.The host, Jacques, is amazing!!! I communicated with Jacques months before my trip and a few times during my stay. My communication with him was seamless and very helpful in planning the details of my trip. He is a great source and is willing to help all the time.I would definitely recommend this apartment when visiting Paris.Thanks Jacques for the wonderful experience!

It was such an amazing stay in this property. Everything we needed as a family to have a comfortable stay were there. Kitchen was fully and well equipped to cook, proximity to most tourist areas is another big plus. The area felt safe, convenient stores just within walking distance. Cafe's, bakeries etc within reach. The host was exceptionally nice and kind to us; we arrived very late in the night, he waited till we got there, walked us around the property. He even provided us with snacks for the night. I felt that was very thoughtful. Over all, I will rate this property and the host 5 stars. Will stay there again if we find our way in Paris in future.

Wonderful duplex

Jacque's property worked out so well for our family (3 adults and 2 children -9 and 11). The duplex is in a quiet street in a great neighborhood, 2 minutes away from bakeries, restaurants, metro stations. Jacques was there to greet us and communications was easy throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities one may need. We enjoyed our aperitifs on the terrace and none of us wanted to leave. Thank you!

Jacques' apartment was perfect. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood and Jacques was very communicative. He met us at the apartment, showed us around, and even left us a bottle of wine. There was enough space for two kids and two couples. The roof deck is lovely and the overall space is wonderful. It is located close to the metro and was a great home base. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again in the future.

4 nights in Paris

This place was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 teenage boys ages 17-19. The neighborhood is wonderful and the home is lovely. There is plenty of room to spread out after a long day of sightseeing. Everything we needed was just a couple minutes easy walk - excellent dining, pastries in the morning, groceries, and the subway with easy access to all the sights. Jacques is a marvelous host and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Week in Paris

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked and we really enjoyed the terrace. The location was great. It was so nice to come back to the 16th after a day in the tourist areas of Paris. It was so quiet. Everything we needed was within a couple of blocks - grocery, bakery, wine shop, cheese shop. The market on Saturday morning was one of the highlights of the trip. Thank you Jacques. We hope to do it again someday.

Auteuil was great!

Jacques met us at his unit when we first arrived, and he was most gracious, and generous ( he provided us with a bottle of his champagne). The apartment was very comfortable and it’s a location was perfect in that it offered restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within a short walk. The metro was quite close, so we were able to get to all parts of Paris without difficulty. The bedrooms were comfortable in each bedroom, including the small one had its own shower. The apartment had a deck in the rear of the second floor. That was quite lovely. It was a great spot to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The stairs to the unit require a climb to the third-floor, so could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but there were five of us three of whom were 70+ and we had no trouble accessing the apartment. We got in a little extra exercise. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend that you stay with Jacques should you visit Paris in the near future.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

Jacque greeted us warmly upon our arrival & he kindly gave us instructions for his home. We are a family of 5 with 3 daughters (ages 17, 19, 22). All of us we’re extremely comfortable in his home & the location is ideal. Safe, residential, close to metro, supermarket, boulangerie, & restaurants. It’s a quick few metro stops to Paris hotspots. The kitchen was well stocked. The AC work’s wonderfully on the hot summer days. It made such a quick morning having 3 showers for our family. No complaints. All love for Jacques, his home & Paris. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teenager) had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Jacques was a very nice attentive host. The apartment is very spacious, beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood Auteiul, which has plenty of restaurants, bakeries, shopping and metro within walking distance of the apartment. It is about 20-40 minutes ride via Uber/taxi or metro to get to the all Paris attractions. This was a wonderful and memorable vacation! Thank you, Jacques!

Great duplex!

Jacques was a wonderful host! The duplex is in a nice, quiet location near the metro, grocery store, bakery, and more! Plenty of space in this well stocked rental for our family of 4!

Fantastic Home

The owner met us at his VRBO when we first checked in. He gave us a grand tour and explained the various appliances and gadgets within the house. What a gracious host! It's a great location and easy to grab an Uber. I would highly recommend this location!

Perfectly located, beautifully appointed Parisian duplex

We could not have been happier with the location, and the beautifully decorated and appointed home, steps away from everything one could ever need (metro, shops, bakeries and restaurants). The owner greeted us upon arrival and was graciously available to answer questions during our stay. We look forward to returning again next time we are in Paris. And for all tennis fans, you can easily walk to Roland Garros….

Perfect Paris Apartment

This was the perfect apartment for our family of five (two adults, two teens, one pre-teen) for five days in Paris. The apartment is elegant with updated, practical features while also comfortable and welcoming for a family. It is remarkably spacious for something so central. The quiet but lively Auteuil neighborhood feels pleasantly removed from the hustle of Paris but is centrally located, minutes from the main sights by metro (a very short walk away) and also within walking distance of others. Visitors interested in a run have a variety of options available, including the Bois de Boulogne. nearby neighborhoods, and paths next to the river. The neighborhood offers everything visitors would want: restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and an outstanding patisserie/boulangerie just steps away. Best of all, Jacques is the ideal host. He answered all questions right away at booking, communicated in advance of the trip, and was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Florence greeted us, explained everything, and also checked on us via text during the visit. For anyone - including families - looking for a beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, welcoming host, and convenient access to Paris, this is the perfect place to stay!

Wonderful stay in Paris!

This is a beautiful property, well-kept property! Our family (2 adults, 3 teenagers/young adults) stayed here for 5 nights in August. Paris was very warm (30+C) and we were very comfortable in this airconditioned property. Access to the unit is up a couple flights of stairs so not great for people with mobility issues (thankfully no problem for us). The neighbourhood has a couple of grocery stores and a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The metro is a short walk away. We were also within walking distance to Parc des Princes. Jacques was a wonderful host. He met us upon arrival and made sure we were settled before he left. I would highly recommend this property for families or couples who want a convenient jumping off point to visit Paris.
