1 living room with TV overlooking the terrace SEA VIEW with a kitchen area equipped with 2 gas fires, combined grill and microwave, small fridge freezer -
1 bathroom with bathtub and sink -
separate toilets -
On the mezzanine floor under the attic:
1 double bed for 2 people -
Private parking. Common room for bicycles. Washing machine. Terrace furniture. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Gas heating. Furnished tourism classified 2 stars. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra charge for animals (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
