Casa de playa completamente remodelada en el paraíso! Cada habitación es fresca y luminosa, con grandes ventanas y puertas dobles que se abren a porches con mosquitero. El elevador permite accesibilidad para discapacitados y comodidad. El muelle de 450 pies permite actividades acuáticas de todo tipo. Ofrecemos kayaks y tablas de paddle para divertirse en la bahía. Great vacation

We made so many great memories at Cape San Blas. The owners were very attentive. Everyone had a great time. We loved the house, it was very accommodating. Loved how all rooms had king size beds.

Great Bay House

Phil and Carol do a wonderful job with their property. It was very comfortable. The space was abundant for our family vacation, 8 adults and one infant. The downstairs was perfect for my elderly mother and a great area to congregate. Carol is very responsive to questions leading up to the trip. It was a great stay at the Cape.

This was our second year to stay at this property and it was just as lovely. Location is great if bay activities are important to you. Property is also very convenient to the Trading Post and the State Park. Carol and Phil are very attentive and deal with any issues promptly. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Scalloping group

The house was perfect for the 4 couples staying for a week of fun scalloping. Each couple had their own space and the common spaces were perfect for the whole group. A slight glitch with the tv/ cable was tended to promptly. We have already booked again for next year. Thank you Carol and Phil for sharing this beautiful property .

Perfect Vacation Spot

First and foremost Carol and Phil were the perfect hosts. Friendly and most accommodating. What my family enjoyed most at Seashell Resort…the view of the bay, spectacular sunrise each morning over the bay, walking distance to the beach, large downstairs den/kitchen where we ALL could hangout together, 2 refrigerators, extremely nice pier, kayaks, comfortable beds, outdoor shower, decks galore, fire pit area, actual green grass instead of sand. We were so taken with this place we are making vacation plans to return very soon. What we didn’t like…can’t think of one thing! Thank you so much Carol and Phil

Perfect Spring Break - a little cold and lots of wind, still great

Thanks for the super great hosts who took immediate action when the hot water heater failed. Carol and Phil were super responsive in helping make the most of bad situation when we found no hot water. Carol apologized for the failed hot water heater saying she wanted for us to have a perfect vacation and spring break. While the weather was a little cold and windy we did have a couple of very nice days, saved by the quick action and response by Carol and Phil. Thanks for a great place and vacation for our family.

First time staying bayside

The house was spacious and a fun place to stay! We loved all the light! Kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The out door space was large enough to store beach stuff, bikes, hang a hammock and still have lots of room to grill & dine. There were double red flags on the beach, but the bay was a calm and beautiful playground! We kayaked & explored the sandbar, finding sand dollars, sea urchins and so many hermit crabs! Even set up an umbrella out there for the day. Beach access was close and so easy! I might be a bay girl for life!

House was very spacious and allowed us to all have our in space and group setting space. This is our second time using the property and we have already booked it for next year. The TV was streaming services and wi-fi connections were not good at all. In order to watch our teams opening season football games we had to use our personal devices and personal data. Very disappointing. Our group ranges from 65-75 years of age and the elevator was not operating. This created a hardship for some of our group with medical issues which made climbing stairs difficult. Overall the house is nice and comfortable but without a working elevator and working wi-fi/tv the listing is not completely correct.

Wonderful vacation getaway

The home is very nice. Location of home, fantastic. Just a couple of small observations on my part: 1) Ants on the kitchen counters; 2) Only one bedroom had clothes closets; 3) Would have been great if the garbage disposal had worked; 4) No kitchen dish cloths and drying towels were provided (bought some at Piggly Wiggly) Also purchased non stick electric skillet because skillets provided were in bad shape, EVERYTHING stuck to them. Not trying to be negative, we had a wonderful time, just sharing minor issues. Thanks much

Please Read, We go to exceptional lengths to exceed all our tenants needs and wants. In fact we answer our phones 24/7 to ensure this, as well as have a maintenance individual on staff to correct shortfalls. The matter of ants in any of our homes is extremely important to us. We pay for monthly extermination for this very reason. Had we been made aware of this matter the service would have been dispatched immediately. They have been made aware of this need already and will take steps on their part to eliminate them. Closets at short term rentals are eliminated in favor of more spacious rooms and each room has clothes rack and hangers available. The garbage disposal issue could have been eliminated had we been made aware of it, and our ability to dispatch our maintenance person. Pots, pans and skillets are another item renters have a knack for being rough on. We keep a spare set available and had we been aware of the need would have sent new ones over right away. These will be replaced now that we have been made aware of their need. As you can see from a plethora of other reviews we are more than happy to ensure your satisfaction and happiness at any of our properties. We also encourage our tenants to let us know if and when there is anything we are not aware of that might interfere with our goals for your stay.

Family fall break

We had a great time! The property was wonderful. We enjoyed the diversity of being on the bay with access to the dock and having the gulf side just across the street. The state park access was really nice. The pool at Rish state park was pretty chilly so kids didn’t swim a lot but having it as an option was nice. The house itself was decorated so cute. The downstairs was an ideal place for the family to relax and do dinners together. Owners were extremely prompt and helpful with anything we needed. The only thing to note is that there is no internal staircase between the upper and lower unit. At first, I was a bit concerned with this because we had little children but it ended up not being a big deal. We would definitely love to come back.

Perfect Stay!

The hosts were helpful at the beginning with questions, in between by bringing a treat by to help us celebrate the 4th of July, and answering any questions that arose during our stay. Their home is beautiful and is actually better than the pictures. The living room furniture upatairs is better than pictured also. The elevator was super helpful since we had elderly parents with us. The layout worked great for us but just know that the downstairs and upstairs are 2 separate living spaces. You go outside and go upstairs or the elevator and then go inside. That worked in our favor but did not expect that. They had several paddleboards that our family enjoyed using and it was fun to get the best of both worlds with the bay and just a short drive or walk to the beach. So many wonderful memories made. Thank you!!!

Amazing home on the bay

This was our first time staying on the bay side of Cape San Blas. We loved having access to the dock, as well as kayaking out to the sandbar. So much wildlife! The house was perfect for our two families. So much space and the kitchens worked great for cooking and serving a large group. Carol and Phil responded quickly to any questions we had and were so kind. Pictures don’t do the space justice. We would definitely stay again!

Best beach stay in years!

Our group ran in ages from 14 to 84, and this property was perfect for us. The elevator worked well for our mobility impaired and we are nearly every meal in the house. The pictures don’t do this amazing home justice! We could easily watch sunrises from the multiple decks or the dock, and the night sky was stunning. Definitely make time in your schedule for stargazing. There are many beaches nearby for beach fun and sunset viewing. Thank you for a great stay!

Peace on the Bay

Wonderful property on St. Joseph Bay. Great house for a large group and the downstairs apartment offers the ability to split up the group if desired (my wife and I took this option). Well appointed kitchens on each floor. The dock is my favorite part of the property. Great place to have a drink and relax, or access the bay with the available kayaks. Carol and Phil are wonderful hosts. We had a little issue with the A/C on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone there within 2 hours to take care of it. Thanks So Much.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This property is so much more than it’s incredible pictures! My family and I felt like we were staying in a resort. The house is stunning and the views are breathtaking. This house has it all…large dock with chairs and fish cleaning table, kayaks, fire pit, decks and screened in porch, elevator, and it is so beautifully decorated. My kids want to move here! Thank you, Phil and Carol, for sharing your piece of paradise with us this week. We will be back!

Rest and relaxation for large family

This house gave us just what we needed for a large family gathering. Plenty of outdoor living space, access to kayaks, easy walk to the beach, bike paths and plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and read the books we had all brought and to take an afternoon nap after a morning on the beach.

You are right on the bay with a gorgeous 450” dock. This house has vast screened in porches front and back, and generous windows that bathe the interior with beautiful lighting and bring the outdoors inside. The home is the perfect location for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and wildlife viewing. The backyard has an amazing fire pit that is ideal for campfires for you to cap off the evening with a relaxing glass of wine. We provide a golf cart for your use as well. From this home the Gulf is only about a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Our beaches are sugar white sand and generally not very crowded.
If you have a larger party, we have remodeled a downstairs separate unit bringing the total sleeping space up to13 guests as of July 24,2021
