This 3-bed, 2-bath, 1850 sq ft heated pool home in the desirable Thunderbird 8-Lakes area of SW Cape Coral offers a perfect retreat for your vacation. With recent enhancements from a new cleaning company and maintenance person in December 2024, we are dedicated to providing an even better guest experience.

When we got there it was very easy to enter. Lights and music were on and was a very nice location. Loved the layout of the home. Pool was very nice. We used it after viewing 18 potential homes to buy. (Only purchasing 1) Beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 days / 2 nights and very glad it was available for us. The morning view off the patio was amazing. Thank you so much

Our experience was not good at all. Had to call to get in house as key was not under mat as indicated. The home was filthy, very old and very dated. Dryer did not work. Only to be discovered after washing clothes. Kitchen cabinets so sticky and gross had to use a paper towel to open. Food left by host had expired last year. Bath towels are a joke. No wash clothes. Door handles falling off. Couldn’t use certain doors at all as they were broke. Grill is very small and is charcoal, can get at Walmart for 18.99. Chair cushions stained. Blinds missing slats and couldn’t be opened and closed. We needed the garage space for our bikes. This house was advertised that you could use the garage. But it’s locked and full of stuff so we couldn’t use it. Host changed listing after I called to ask about it. Lastly, the host offered money back for all the issues but never followed through. So look elsewhere for a place to stay so you won’t be disappointed. This house needs a lot of TLC.

Clean house, quiet neighborhood. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen looked to have everything one may need to make meals, including a good variety of spices and condiments. The skylights in the house let in a lot of light. The house is big enough to have people spread out.

I was kind of disappointed in this vrbo. The pool was not cleanest, pool floats were limited or shoved in corner on deck with dirt. The toilet paper in master bathroom smelled like smoke really bad. The dishes in cabinets were dirty and needed to be washed before use.( lipstick was still on a cup) toaster did not work. Overall it was livable and so its purpose for our stay but I would not stay again. The location on the lake was beautiful although the deck seemed to be falling apart so we could not go out on it.

Dirty stained mattresses. I could not bare to remove sheets at end of stay after sewing pillows and the mattress of 1 room.

The place was filthy, beds were not made, stains on mattresses, had to hunt down the bedding and the comforters stunk like they were never washed - they smelled like BO. The A/C sounded like it was going to blow up and the temp was set to 78 degrees, it was like a hot sauna when we arrived. The pool was dirty the kids didn’t even want to use it as it was cold and gross yet the listing says “heated.” there were broken blinds all over the property, floors were sticky and had grime on them like they were never washed, cabinets were sticky and had a greasy film on them. It was so bad I would not shower there it was just gross…. I was surprised how dirty the place is considering the large cleaning fee…. I also had to pay for property damage insurance yet there was so much damage at the property…. Thought that was strange as well. The key was not under the mat like it indicated in the instructions, it was in a black box on the door. For the price you can stay in a very nice clean hotel…. I feel bad for anyone who books this for a week…. We stayed for 1 night and could not wait to leave in the morning. I made the mistake by not reading the reviews and looking at the photos supplied by customers prior to booking. Lesson learned….

Good Trip

The house matched online profile. It was nice being able to relax is the pool during the evening. Although we didn't cook during our stay , everything was provided. Beautiful location. We would definitely rent this again.

Almost perfect!

Nice sized house with a beautiful view, right on the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. The only issue (and it's probably only an issue for me because I cook often) is that the kitchen could use a baking dish and/or a cookie sheet or two. All communication with hosts before and during the stay was excellent. Would stay again.

Three beds, two baths, pool home on the gulf access, Thunderbird 8- lakes area in SW Cape Coral. Tastefully decorated with all amenities to make your vacation a memorable one. Amazing views for fishing Red Snapper, drum gish, and snook. Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen. A 10-minute bike ride to the Westin resort, with many shops and restaurants. Newly renovated in April 2019. Amazing views, best location in Cape Coral. Quiet street for a good night's rest. Beautiful paved pool deck with amazing pool overlooking incredible views of Thunderbird lake. I lived in this home for five years and can say this area of Cape Coral is quiet, friendly, and full of life. Many parks are close to walking in the morning or evening. I renovated the bathrooms, painted, and laid new tiles for the enjoyment of my guests. The pool deck has comfortable tables and chairs for breakfast and lounges to get sun in the afternoon. A new Air conditioning unit was installed in September of last year to keep things cool. A jacuzzi bath for your relaxation in the master bedroom bathroom.
