Bright and spacious 3 bedroom condo is located on the 7th floor of Tower 2, this unit boasts a spectacular view of the Gulf from your private balcony. Whether it's the morning sunrise or the evening sunset, or just to have a leisure lunch during the day, the beachfront balcony is sure to please everyone! In the living area you and your guests can sit and relax with ample seating, watching your favorite TV show or movie on the 55" Smart TV or take advantage of the majestic view from your balcony! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, including all new stainless appliances, and bake/cookware for all your meal preparation. There is a dining area with seating for 6, and plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. In the second hallway is the master suite that includes a king size bed, TV, a full stand up shower in the master bathroom, Gulf Front view, and access to the unit's private balcony. Located in the first hallway are the 2 guest bedrooms, one has a king bed for the comfort of your guests with its own private balcony and TV and in the second guest bedroom are 2 new full beds for additional sleeping area and TV. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer, located in the front hall.
