Village house / apartment on the first floor completely renovated, access from the courtyard + small swimming pool. Large F5 with view on the Rhône valley and the Ventoux (East / South-East). First level: The entrance leads to the fireplace / living room / fully equipped kitchen area. 1 large bedroom with access to living room, terrace and bathroom. Large bathroom / separate WC. Second level: Cozy mezzanine lounge, one bedroom on the mezzanine and one closed bedroom overlooking the roof solarium terrace.

Het verblijf was heel mooi, heel mooi gebouwd en het uitzicht was gewoon adem benemend. Echter zijn er wel een paar puntjes die niet in de advertentie staan die ik toch graag aan volgende gasten wil meedelen, want door deze puntjes zouden wij waarschijnlijk toch voor een andere accomodatie gekozen hebben.- wij waren met 4 personen en blijkbaar was het warm water van een boiler en de 3de persoon had al lauw water, en de 4de persoon dus koud water om te douchen. Ik kan me dus voorstellen dat als u met 8personen komt dit niet zo makkelijk is.- er is geen douche gordijn of douche stang, u moet dus de douchekop zelf vast houden en opletten dat u de vloer niet nat maakt, dit is wel een beetje onhandig.- de airco die aanwezig is, helpt amper. De unit is sowieso veel te klein voor het hele verblijf, en je mag de unit maar 3c kouder dan de buiten temperatuur instellen anders valt de stroom uit.- Er is geen TV aanwezig, alhoewel wij dit niet gemist hebben waren er bepaalde momenten dat het wel eens aangenaam zou geweest zijn.- Het belangrijkste van alles, de persoon die de accomodatie verhuurf, die woont in hetzelfde gebouw op het gelijkvloers. Daar is dus ook het zwembad. Mijn vrouw en schoonzus wouden dus niet zwemmen omdat ze zich hier niet goed bij voelden. We hebben in principe geen last gehad maar we hadden wel het gevoel minder privé te hebben.De pluspunten:- Overal ventilatoren en verleng kabels aanwezig.- Alle producten voor te kuisen/wassen aanwezig.

Maison bien équipée dans un joli cadre.

Même si le propriétaire (au demeurant sympathique et décontracté) sait se faire oublier, sa proximité n'était pas précisée dans l'annonce. Pour 3 couples d'amis partageant cette location, l'aménagement des pièces manque d'intimité, ce qui ne doit pas être un problème pour une famille.

3 adultes avec 3 enfants de 5/6 ans Belle maison atypique. Hôte réactif et arrangeant. Table du salon Ok pour 6 mais serait petite si 8 personnes. Cour partagee sympa, bassin plutot que piscine , bien agréable, la place manque pour transats, et pour une table pour manger dehors a 6. Vacances en Ardèche

Déçus

Lors de notre arrivée, une visite uniquement du rez de chaussée avec le propriétaire, avec ses explications de tout ce que nous n'avons pas le droit de toucher ou faire. Un monsieur gentil mais atypique. Nous avons été déçue de l'agencement général de la maison. Nous étions 2 familles d'amis, et nous avons rencontré des soucis au niveau du respect de l'intimité de chacun : pas de verrouillage possible de la porte des toilettes, wc à l'intérieur de la salle de bain, donc inaccessible si quelqu'un prend une douche, salle de bain qui elle non plus n'est pas verrouillable. Les chambres 2 et 3 sont communiquantes et séparées uniquement par un rideau. Cependant le village et les alentours sont sympathiques.

Een fantastisch verblijf

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Xavier, de verhuurder van het huis. Hij heeft het huis zelf verbouwd en het is een typisch charmant Frans huis. Alles is aanwezig. Het was dan ook heerlijk, toen we na een rit van 11u, fris water en wijn in de koelkast vonden. De bedden waren super om in te slapen. Alles was proper en netjes. Het zwembad was lekker fris, ideaal op de dagen toen het 40 graden was. Xavier zelf is heel hulpvaardig. Als je vragen hebt, mag je hem die altijd stellen. Alsook als je info wilt bekomen. Niet ver er vandaan was er ook de mogelijkheid om inkopen te doen in de Carrefour market, alsook op dezelfde plaats een apotheek aanwezig. Kortom we hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie bij Xavier!! Nogmaals bedankt aan Xavier voor alles!!

Location agréable avec belle vue sur le Mont Ventoux

Le logement est grand, agréable et extrêmement bien équipé, en particulier en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Et nous avons bien apprécié le stock d’épice et la bouteille de rosé de bienvenue ! Par ailleurs Saint Alexandre est un point de départ très bien situé pour qui veut visiter Avignon, Nîmes et les gorges de l’Ardèche.

Beautifull house in the heart of the Ardeche
