One complimentary heated underground parking space is included, along with a large private tarp-covered storage locker in the parkade.

Keypad self check-in. Please ensure your email address on file is up to date, as all instructions, access codes, and detailed information will be sent to guest's Vrbo inbox (also copied to guest's email address on file) 3 days before arrival. Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.

Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.
★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.
★ For your health and safety, we do not provide condiments that require refrigeration after opening (like mayo, ketchup, salad dressings, etc.). Please feel free to bring your favorites along!

★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be store in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited. Private parkade storage locker available.
★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.
★ Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.
★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am. ★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.
★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.

Everything was exactly as advertised, the host was perfect explaining details and was always available. I have been in Canmore since 2005 every year to ski mostly at Sunshine and are planning to rent this unit again next year. Its easily accessible and a delight to be there.
We had a great time. The unit is very comfortable, nice beds, modern appliances, new cookwear. The steam jet shower was amazing. Charles was very helpful with detailed information and quick responses.
We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was among the very best. What makes this property stand out is the thoughtful conveniences the owner provides. It's well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication and instructions were also excellent to facilitate an easy check-in and departure. We're looking forward to staying here again!
The rental property was clean and had a great layout. It was great to be able to easily get to the pool and hot tub also. Beautiful trails nearby and you can walk to restaurants.

Great location for visiting Banff National Park! Canmore is gorgeous and quaint! Love Three Sisters Mountains! Charles was very helpful! This place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would love to come back sometime!
Great location in Canmore to downtown restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in it. Very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The owner was great communicating with us. Highly recommend.
Wonderful, clean place that was very conveniently located! Just a few minutes walk from downtown. Having the infant-friendly amenities like the pack n play and eating seat were very helpful because it was that much less for us to pack!
it was amazing got to use the gym managed to have the wedding party all get ready in our room. The pool was indoors and strong chlorine but overall it was great.
