Nice quiet neighborhood accessible to I-77 in 5 minutes! Quickly to Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and other cities in the area and minutes away from Diebold/Nixdorf, Goodyear, Marathon Refinery, Mercy Medical Center, and Stark State College. Also has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Outside the kitchen is a deck with a grill. The Master suite has a private bath. 1st floor laundry room. Close to theaters, museums, restaurants, as well as shopping malls, Hall of Fame and golf courses!

I have lived in this home for 13 years and I can't seem to let it go! I am a realtor in the Stark County area and yes, I could sell...but, I truly enjoyed living in this neighborhood and have always loved how this home is set up which is why I would like to share all of the nice features this home has to offer with you! I have always lived in surrounding areas and this has been my favorite!
Why they chose this property
Keeping this home helps me hold on to when my children were younger and life was simpler. Now they are grown and live their own lives and mom, well, she just wants to keep holding on to yesteryear!
What makes this property unique
Having the kitchen in between the living room and the family room has always been great! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be online, watch tv or just gather and talk. When we had our holiday gatherings, this home always accommodated everyone comfortably and although we all love being together, we need our space too!
