Joyful Stays has 3 bedrooms that will sleep between 6-8 people comfortably and 2 1/2 bathrooms, This home is truly your Ultimate Vacation Rental. STUNNING home, spacious interiors, ideal locations for business travelers, groups, or families to stay in Las Vegas! Amazing Kitchen and Coffee bar fully equipped for food prep and all your cooking needs. We offer bottled water, coffee, tea, Hair Dryer, fresh towels, fresh linens, and Wifi. Living room is very comfortable and equipped with a smart tv, fireplace, high-speed internet. Garage and street parking available. Joyful Stays is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Airport, 8 Minutes from the Strip, and 8 miles from the New Football Stadium .We have you covered, our location has so much to offer! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!!

*Any extra guest over 6 there is a charge of $60 per person per night.. We do except SMALL PETS (Dogs) $30 fee per pet per day. With INSTANT BOOKING the pet fee will be added as well the extra guest fee to your reservation total.

Nice, clean & easy. Great location.

Very enjoyable. 6 adults came for SEMA. Good location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe the whole time. Quick & easy access to the strip & the airport. Will definitely stay here again if we can. Good communication with the owner even though we didn't need much - everything was right there!

Nice home

Overall, we had a nice stay. The home looks waaayy better than the pictures. Being that the home is older, we ran into things out of our control. The A/C started leaking through the ceiling but Lencia sent someone out to fix it asap. Thank you for the quick responses when I had concerns.

It was my son-in law 50 birthday

The home was nice it just that the air conditioned wasn’t working in 114 degree weather but will Maintain it. The Property manager was great She apologized and everything and offer us to come back through the next time we visit Vegas and also she was going to return some of my money. But in all it was a great trip my son- in law enjoy his self

Extremely Dissatisfied!

Book at your risk and please ensure you inspect the entire house for any damages on furniture, pillows, blanket, towels etc. as they will try to accuse you of damaging it and ask you to pay additional fees. We had a family of 5 (4 adults, 1 teenager) and a pet. Prior to our stay, they sent us the key code which did work and had to contact them multiple times until we got a response. Front entrance door was old and the door knob was hard to turn. House was okay but some areas definitely needs improvement. Stairway was extremely dirty, Upstairs bedroom was super hot and you CANNOT open the windows as there are no screen, and windows were old. Decent size backyard with mostly dirt with a patio area. We checked out on Sunday and they continue to send us a text requesting additional fees. Same day we checked out they stated our pet fee was not added on the original bill, which is fine we paid it. On Thursday, 4 days after our stay they sent another text stated that we damage one of their pillow and request another fee. This is ridiculous we’ll never stay here again. I have never had this issue booking my stay. Please Please observe everything because they will try to make more money from you.

It was so bad that we left 2 days early to stay in a hotel.

Never again. Had to move junk in the garage to get my car in. The RV parking gates -which we needed- were padlocked and inaccessible.

Vegas getaway

My daughter and I came to Vegas so she could see her boyfriend before he gets shipped to Basic training. This place was in a great neighborhood and felt safe. There was plenty of things close by to do and I enjoyed the ease of everything.

Convenient and Accessible

This house was conveniently located and easy accessible. Was in a quiet neighborhood. My only request is, we would have like lawn table and chairs or furniture to be able to enjoy the outside. Other than that, we loved our stay there. : )

Very nice home, will return

Thank you for a wonderful experience and sharing your home with us. We recommend this location! The owner contacted us in timely manner and provided all information needed. Location allows for self-entry which was perfect to avoid stress of not making it on time to check-in. Home fooled us a bit when we saw it from outside but was spacious and clean from the inside. Very nice decor and made us feel at home.

Not very welcoming

The house was nice and roomy but no landscaping at all -front or back. The houses behind the house did not look cared for. The house was freezing on the first floor and miserably hot on the second floor. The carpets were not clean and the kitchen curtains kept falling. Wrong code was given for the door. Location was decent-5 -10 min Uber drive to the strip

Roomy Location

The rental was very spacious and the use of the garage allowed us to air out hockey equipment which is greatly appreciated. furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was in great working condition.
