Not a long time but a good time

I booked this very last minute for a short (2 night) stay. They were very quick to reply and confirm. It was a big place for a one bedroom on a island. It was very clean, well decorated and with a nice view of the ocean and planes coming in to land. The air-conditioning worked well and I was happy to find the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The location worked well for me, there was a charge for parking, but it is gated and guarded. When I had an issue logging onto the wifi I sent a msg via the VRBO site and someone was at the door in under 2 minutes to help me with it. It felt like a good value, and I would consider staying there again.

Great time in paradise

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental in Sint Maarten, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property was stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel completely at home. The location was ideal—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and all the attractions I wanted to explore on the island.What truly made my trip exceptional, however, was the outstanding help I received from Kaya. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how responsive and attentive Kaya was. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I had everything I needed and offered helpful tips about local spots to visit, places to eat, and things to do. His warm and welcoming nature made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay.Kaya went out of his way to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for all his assistance. If you’re visiting Sint Maarten, I highly recommend this rental, and if you get the chance to connect with Kaya, you’ll be in great hands.

Great Location

We had a great experience with this property. Had a few minor issues which were taken care of in minutes. Great location to watch the planes land and takeoff. Sunset Beach is walking distance and had a good meal at the Sandbar Restaurant next door. The property is in a great central location. Would stay there again. We had a 3rd floor unit and the. View was fantastic.
