Caribbean Paradise es un condominio espacioso de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños bellamente amueblado, ubicado en la "Gold Coast" de St. Maarten en el Rainbow Beach Club en las costas de Cupecoy. Perfecto para una escapada en familia o en pareja, disfrutará de todas las maravillosas características que este "hogar lejos del hogar" tiene para ofrecer durante sus vacaciones. El condominio cuenta con muebles muy cómodos, cocina americana totalmente equipada, y 2 dormitorios, el principal con una cama king, baño en suite, y el segundo dormitorio tiene un conjunto de dos camas y baño en suite. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes y sala de estar tiene TV Roku. La ubicación es una de las mejores de la isla, a poca distancia a pie de Cupecoy Beach, Mullet Bay Beach, una animada vida nocturna, excelentes restaurantes y panaderías, tiendas y supermercados. Esta unidad se encuentra en la 5ª planta y tiene vistas al mar Caribe y a la playa Mullet Bay. La unidad ha pasado la prueba IRMA del huracán con persianas y contraventanas resistentes a los huracanes. Por favor, póngase en contacto con el propietario para más información.

The hosts were amazing. They even welcomed us with snacks and wine!! The condo was wonderful, located in the perfect part of the building with easy access to the outside and also convenient to the pool and the beach. We had a peaceful and relaxed time!

This was our six time in the island and we found this apartment magnificent. Three pools, porter/security, parking under secure premises, direct access to a private beach, full kitchen with everything we needed. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

The apartment was very clean and modern, and Angela has done a great job cleaning during our stay. Plenty of quality beach towels and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, snorqueling masks, icepacks, etc). Everything was functioning properly, the unit is nice and cosy. The pools were very clean and overall the property is nice.The view to the sea from the balcony is partially obstructed by the building in front but we were still able to have an nice view. The reasons I'm not giving 5 starts to the rental are the following : - the building is located on the main street and is a corner unit so the traffic noise can be loud at some point. - we had only one entry key so we had to do some logistics between us to manage the access. En extra key will greately be appreciated. - we didn't get one single call during our 12 days stay from the representative our management to see how our stay was going. Luckily we were doing fine.

Dear Tiberiu and guest, it sounds like you had a great time. Yes the building is located by a street as it shows on a map. This year, high season has been extremely busy and lively for the island. Luckily, we are a corner unit with many windows, bright daylight and a view of mullet bay. I am sorry if my agent did not check on you as many guests dont like to be bothered during their vacation. However I do believe they have their cell numbers and office numbers in the book in case you need anything at all. I will be sure to let them know this is your preference. We appreciate your review and we strive to provide excellent services.

This was a beautiful and comfortable unit and was located in a great area of St. Martin where it was central to a lot of places we went. Loved that we had parking and that the building was gated and very safe. It was nice to come back here at the end of the day to relax and sit back. Appreciate the goodies that were left for us. This was a nice, extra touch. Loved all the beach towels and bath towels that were provided. The property manager never got back to me when I informed him that our safes never worked with the key that was provided and to please come to our unit to help us out with it. I texted and also called him on the phone but no reply. Luckily, nothing of value was taken, even when the wonderful Angela came in and cleaned the unit. Please take off the listing that shampoo is provided as there was no shampoo.

Oh my goodness, this place is awesome. It is the best vacation rental we have ever had. The kitchen is equipped so well. I didn't want for any cooking utensil, skillet, or pan. I highly, highly recommend this place. And, Carlos, our host was amazing. We did not have to contact him once during our 8 day stay. If we return to the island this is the place we will stay at. And, I advise anyone staying here to frequent Fat Tony's for food. They are also amazing, so friendly.

Beautiful Apartment, great location

Caribbean Paradise is a well appointed apartment in the heart of Cupecoy. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but everything else exceeded expectations.

Great Stay!!

we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was really close. The pool and the beaches were great. Everything is really easy and the condo is furnished very nicely. There was even some extras that the host left for us. Plenty of towels, sheets blankets I would stay again.

Perfect Christmas getaway

The unit was one of the prettiest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. It was also well organized so easy to find everything. Carlos met us at car rental place and escorted us to the unit and made sure everything was working and answered our questions. Restaurants and food stores were within easy walking distance Mullet Bay beach was a close walk and we enjoyed snorkeling and swimming there

Great Location

First time and not the last! The location is about 5 minutes from the airport. Food and shopping is within walking distance and beaches everywhere. Carlos meet us at the property for check in and he was nothing but helpful and made us feel so welcome to the island and property. This condo came with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, noodles, cookware. Well that’s all I needed cause I was there to live the beach life! lol

We enjoyed our 10 days there. The condo was exactly as promised. We were very thankful for the beach chairs and we used them almost every day. Having laundry in the room was awesome too. We were 2 couples and a second queen bed would have been better, rather than 2 singles. The kitchen could use more lights for cooking. Good location and parking was very convenient. Quiet area. Jennifer and Carlos were great too!

Hi Paula, I am so glad you and your guests had a nice stay and you were happy with our accommodation and location. I keep the 2nd bedroom with single beds (as shown in pictures) because I have guests who are friends or have kids. In a way it is easy to push the beds together as needed. The kitchen area has 2 large doom lights as well as lights underneath the microwave for cooking. I will ask my agent to check in case the light bulbs are out. I hope we will host you again in the near future. thank you for your stay!

This property is co-managed by owners and a local experienced and knowledgeable property manager. It provides the unique benefit of hands-on management by owners as well as the convenience of local assistance for guests during the stay.
A local agent will greet you upon your arrival at the Princess Juliana airport or car rental location of your choice. He will guide you to the condo and provide you with all the local contacts in case of emergency. He can also assist you with excursions after you have a chance to relax and enjoy our welcome package.
