Charming home in the Historic Meadows area of Old Town Key West. Tucked behind a canopy of palms this home was built by a local ship captain at the turn of the century. The property is located in the sought after meadows area of Old Town known for its tranquil, peaceful, and quiet surroundings.
LOUNGE...
Relax by the heated dip pool or on one of the 2 expansive Ipe wood porch/decks. Lush tropical landscaping throughout with tall palms offering generous shade to the grounds that houses one of the oldest Sapodilla trees on the island.
DINE...
The cozy dining room is bright and cheery with wood flooring. Seating for 6 indoors or enjoy a casual BBQ in the yard. Living area boasts plenty of indoor seating and a flat screen TV.
SLEEPING
Up to 6 people can sleep in this rare gem. The main floor includes a master king bedroom with an adjoining full bath. The main floor also consist of a full bedroom/office. The second floor is made up of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom offers 2 full beds with a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed and full hall bath. This bedroom includes a private porch with bird’s eye view.
OUTDOOR LIVING AND AMENITIES...
The Meadows district is approximately 10 blocks off Duval. A short distance from all the action and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The property consist of off street parking(driveway) and street parking is available. The Perfect Location where you will find quaint shops, restaurants, take a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, or grab a fishing charter.
