Located in the center of La Richardais, 4 kms from Saint-Malo, 4kms from the center of Dinard, 4kms from the beach of Prieuré and 300m from the walks on the banks of the Rance, this house located in a very quiet residential area, very welcoming comfortably 4 people. You will find all the necessary comfort for your stay thanks to a very complete equipment: wifi, TV, LV, LL, ...
Our tenants particularly appreciate the terrace adjoining the kitchen and the south-facing garden not attached to the house (opposite the other side of the private courtyard).
A baker for fresh bread in the morning at 150m and a supermarket at 200m.
All other amenities, a huge shopping center Cap Emeraude 2kms.
Access to the customs footpath (GR34) in 5 minutes walk. Privileged site to discover Dinard, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, the Rance Valley, the Channel Islands, Dinan, etc ... You can also enjoy the benefits of thalassotherapy in Dinard or Saint-Malo, Golf De Dinard (18 holes) and the famous Dinard market every Tuesday and Saturday in the morning.
