Hi, the condo is owner-managed, and we look forward to receiving your 5-Star feedback! Relaxation awaits in our 3BR condo boasting stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay from our oversized balcony. Open those windows in the MBR and sleep to the sounds of the waves..... we are steps from the beach and the main pool area has a courtyard with outdoor grills and 3 pools to choose from (in season). Enjoy a week of family fun activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and more or just do nothing at all! Our condo complex sits at the end of the Sandbridge Beach leaving False Cape Park and Back Bay Refuge our only neighbors. This is what makes Sandbridge Beach so special and simply tranquil.
With our recent renovation you will find all the comforts of home. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of room to enjoy family time or find a spot to be still. The fully equipped kitchen features an open layout into the LR and DR area and a wonderful breakfast bar. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinets and space. Privately located MBR and Master Bath Suite.
We love the time we get to spend at Sandbridge Beach and want our guests to enjoy all of that same experience. Owner-managed, no third-party. Your next vacation is a "Shore Thing" with us!

Our stay at the Sandbridge Beach property was amazing. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony to the Ocean was great. The condo is spacious and cozy. The parking area (garage) is well lit and the condo is very close to the elevator. We found it to be quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for a stay. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It was more than enough space for our family of four with room to spare. We are from the Pittsburgh area originally and moved to Virginia Beach in 2016. We fell in love with being so close to the ocean...particularly Sandbridge Beach. We enjoy escaping here with friends and family and emerge in the ultimate of relaxation. We have set our condo more in the likes of a second home than a rental property and hope you can enjoy those comforts as well.

Why they chose this property

We had just started to look for a place on the beach and fell in love when we walked into this property! Felt like our second home instantly! It is close enough to drive to the touristy area but far enough away that you can truly engage in the peace and tranquility this beautiful beach has to offer. We enjoy dolphin watching in the morning and sunsets in the evening right on our own balcony! Our condo is set up how we would like to vacation and take pride in the things we have to offer.

What makes this property unique

This property is owner-managed: no third-party manager involved. As the owners, we take great pride and interest in ensuring that you enjoy your stay. In 2020, the condo underwent a complete renovation. High end finishes with a coziness at the same time. We have had MANY happy guests! You will have direct access to the owner from check in to check out and beyond.
