This listing is for Beach Bungalow #2 (see numbered aerial pic for reference). Our Seclusion Bungalows provide more privacy while maintaining a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our staff will place a private umbrella and chairs at the water's edge for you daily.


Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Amazingly peaceful, beautiful, and cozy yet modern. Our host Jen was friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Absolutely loved this place - away from crowds but a short taxi ride to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for relaxing and enjoying the island. Will definitely go back!

Most beautiful spot in the Caribbean

My wife and I have been all over the Caribbean and this property was by far our favorite. The property manager went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.

Beautiful villa

Great for water sports. There is a water sport centre next door with jet skis and kite boarding etc. great staff. Very helpful. Lovely spacious villa.

Fantastic

The owners and managers were great!, Terry, Dale and Dylan were all very responsive and friendly. The Villa was amazing, clean and very well maintained. the grounds were swept and cleaned daily. This is a perfect couples retreat in paradise.

Perfect vacation spot in a beautiful bungalow

Starting with the wonderful communication, working with Terry, we were so looking forward to our trip to Turks & Cacaos. The bungalows were perfect for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful island. Everything you need is provided and the decor is lovely. The views right on the beach are amazing and the landscaping around each bungalow is so pretty. Jen gave us great suggestions for dinning, live music & what company to call for our scuba dives. The hospitality was like none other that we have experienced renting a VRBO. We hope we can return soon to Swaying Palms.

A+ Location

Property was great, close to beach, plunge pool, close proximity to restaurants. Only downside was there was one A/C unit in bedroom. Outdoor shower was cool and I prefer to have the indoor option as well. Host was very responsive to any requests and offered good recommendations for places to eat. Will return in future!!

Amazing Place on Long Bay!

This is one of our very best VRBO experiences to-date, and certainly our favorite property so far. Host Terry’s upfront communication was outstanding, and property manager Jen is just an absolute joy. She made my fiancé and I feel like long lost friends. Very attentive the entire stay (but not TOO attentive, if you know what I mean). Additionally, the entire staff that we engaged with were just the nicest people. We definitely will be back.

Nothing Short of Perfect

Our stay at Swaying Plams was amazing. Terry the property manager/ concierge was great. She made sure we got settled in and gave us a quick run of the bungalow before leaving us to enjoy our 8 days in paradise. The bungalow was beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great for relaxing after a day at the beach (which was literally steps from our patio). All of the bungalows are extremely private….we felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves. I must admit that upon our departure I was certain I had left a piece of my heart at the Swaying Palms.

Little piece of paradise

This rental surpassed our expectations. Fabulous location, steps from the beach with plenty of space between each bungalow. The property was immaculate. Emily checked us in and oriented us to the appliances and controls. Everyday our beach chairs and umbrellas were setup, and the beach is absolutely breathtaking. If you don’t want to be three rows deep in loud crowds this is the place for you. Short drive (10 minutes) to Grace Bay if you are wanting to eat out, but we stayed close and walked to the Shore Club for dinner and drinks three nights and Emily arranged transportation to Grace Bay for a fantastic dinner at Casa Nonna.

Private paradise

Our bungalow (#6) was perfect! Initially we were disappointed that a “front row” unit was not available, but it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We had the privacy and a view. The bungalow is roomy and stocked with everything we needed. It had so many little areas for hanging out that we were always comfortable. I especially loved having access to our very own gas grill. We made breakfast, lunch and frozen cocktails each day and then explored the island at night for dinner. While laying in the chairs on the beach, we were mesmerized by the kite boarders and even decided to try it ourselves at the school next door. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic getaway, brand spanking new!

Terry, her husband and son Dylan have created the coolest Adult getaway spot in Provo. The villas are perfect for a couple to unwind and relax. Villas are litterally on one of the most beautiful beaches in Provo. I was amazed by the brand spanking new villas, beautiful landscape and villa amenities (stocked kitchen, gym, paddleboards and kayaks). Long bay beach is a beautiful spot with shallow water that goes out for a mile, and is ideal for watersports and kiteboard enthusiasts. If its windy, expect some action on the beach, if not, the beach is a quiet private paradise! The private pool was so incredible for winding down in the afternoons and the outside shower wss the cherry on top. Terry was super sweet and helpful and even helped my fiance and I out when we got shipwrecked on north caicos during a jetski excursion. I'd highly recommend this property for folks looking to get off the All-inclusive track and enjoy a bit more island character, without sacrificing quality! Thanks Terry and Dylan for helping me to make my Turks vacation incredibly special. We will see you guys again soon.

Best vacation getaway yet!

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was amazing and exactly as described. The property was stunning and very well maintained. The bungalow was perfect! Loved the ability to open the doors and screens wide open to feel that ocean breeze…and the view! Outdoor shower was very nice and fun! Plenty of space to put clothes and double vanity made it nice for my husband and I to keep our things where we needed it and didn’t lack any storage in that regard. Two bathrooms, very nice! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we utilized the outdoor grill a few times as well! The pool was clean and several outdoor places to sit and chill while poolside, or in the big couch just to soak up the view. Jen, the property manager was the best! She was there to greet us and let us in early as our flight arrived sooner than expected. We were given a very warm welcome and she was always available whenever we needed her for whatever we needed with a smile. You couldn’t ask for a better property manager than Jen. B (as we know him) was the groundskeeper and he and his crew were also exceptional! He even came and cut some coconuts open for us! B was great! They felt like family and we didn’t want to leave! We accidentally set off the fire alarm when we tried to turn off the A/C in the bedroom to hear the ocean close to midnight and he was there quickly with a smile and fixed it with no complaints! I would highly recommend staying here! Out of characters to write more!

Paradise Right on the Water

Great views and great location. Convenient to all beaches in the east side of the island and Leeward Marina. Terry was amazing and satisfied all our needs very promptly. We would stay here again.

Amazing trip!!

We had our best vacation thus far in Turks and Caicos and Swaying Palms was one of the best parts! Upon arrival we were greeted right at our car and Dylan was very accommodating! If we needed anything they responded quickly and were able to help. The location was absolutely perfect with restaurants and activities nearby. It has breath taking views of the sunrise, water activities, and the iconic ship wreck. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the fresh coconut water that was given to us right outside our door. More importantly, our flight was delayed and Swaying Palms was able to accommodate us for an extra night. We loved being able to enjoy an extra day because we did not want to leave. We can’t wait to come back and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here! DeShawn and Jessica

The *best* spot in Turks & Caicos

Everything about the property was perfection. The bungalow style villas felt tropical, private, and emeshed in design with the beach. There was an easy flow between being inside and outside, unlike the concrete blocks on Grace Bay. The landscaping was perfect to make you feel completely private. The beach right there - you are ON the beach. Terry was incredible at communicating and helping us and sure we had a great stay. The design of the villas were perfect, optimizing for simplicity and top notch amenities. We walked around the beach, and saw all the other properties. By far - this is the best option for a couple. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful

We came for our 5th year anniversary & it was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The view was amazing & the pictures of the property are exactly what you will see. Short trip to Swaying Palms

Terry and Nathalie were awesome in accommodating us during the ever changing news reports and closures due to Covid-19. We had a wonderful couple of days and saw most of the island. Looking forward to coming back multiple times. The bungalow was amazing with the best morning sunrise you will ever see..

Dream Vacation - Perfect for Us

Sixth time to TCI and it couldn’t have been any better. We were most fortunate to meet Dale and Terry, property developers and owners, upon check in and they were terrific hosts. We could not imagine meeting two finer people. This property is very well built, comfortable, and well furnished. Bungalow #9 is literally on the beach and steps from the beautiful water of Long Bay. We experienced being the first guests at Swaying Palms and it is a dreamy/secluded location. Early morning coffee on the deck for sunrise, watching the kite boarders, and hearing the ocean. There were days when no one walked the beach in front of the property. Everything we needed for our stay was available on arrival. We grilled fresh lobster twice, experimented with frying lobster bits, and drove mere minutes to great restaurants. Restaurants at the Shore Club are a short walk on the beach. This location and the quaint bungalow made this trip for us. We have visited TCI 6 times in the the past 3 years and will be back to Swaying Palms again in 2020 for several visits.
