The porch / balcony is screened-in and tiled with comfortable table and chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker. Unit comes with 2-TV's. The Living room has a new Flat screen TV, ceiling fan, sofa and a chair. Dining room features a wooden table and 4 decorative dining chairs. A master bedroom is fitted with a King sized bed and a 32" flat screen TV . WIFI INCLUDED, also washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and tennis rackets.
