5 Stars/Ski-in Ski-out/ 4BRs/5 Baths/Sleep 16. Crown jewel of Peak 8 base area at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Fractional ownership property building includes only 101 guests . Services, ski lift tickets and ski school in building. This is building 3, the last development and crowning resorts. This room is special as it is all high ceiling, 9 foot. A few steps from pool and spa in private corridor. This 4BRs can be sub-divided into FOUR residences with separate entrances. Very family oriented with connected ICE Skating ring and yet have Adult only spas and private area.

The amenities at the Grand Colorado (skating, aquatics, lockers, theaters) made this stay extra special. The rooms were clean and large. The kitchen was well appointed. Having in-room laundry helped as well.
