The house is very well located, close to the village center; near shops (bakery, open market..). sea side and beach are close to the village, all can be done by bicycles through dedicated pathways. Backyard with flowers and trees. a large open awning is also available to enjoy meals in the shade. Overall very quiet and well oriented for sun.

The house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 with bathroom; in addition 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, 2 toilets, a mezzanine for reading area or games, a large living room (living room with fireplace dining room) and an American kitchen.
All the exterior and interior decoration is in the style and materials rétais.
Ideal house for holidays with family or friends.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au coeur de Loix, dans cette jolie maison qui offre un cadre idéal aux petits comme aux adultes, très bien située, au calme et proche du centre du village (marché, boulangerie, bars, manège...). Bertrand se montre disponible et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement.

Une semaine avec des amis et jeunes enfants à Loix

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette maison très bien située (à cinq minutes à pied du centre du village). Configuration idéale pour deux familles (une peut dormir à l'étage et l'autre au RDC) et agréable jardin. La propreté laissait néanmoins à désirer quand nous sommes arrivés (toiles d'araignée, vieilles croûtes de pain, appareils électroménagés sales, poussière partout). Le propriétaire ne s'étant malheureusement pas montré très compréhensif à cet égard, cela nous a un tant soit peu gaché notre séjour, ce qui est regrettable.

Nous venons de passer une semaine formidable à LOIX avec nos enfants et petits enfants ,grande maison très agréable avec jardin, bien située dans un petit bourg sympa avec des commerces et la mer à proximité, belles ballades à pied et à vélo, (location vélo dans le bourg), que du bonheur. Nous recommandons cette location

MAISON PLEINE DE CHARME

Nous venons de passer une superbe semaine avec nos enfants et petits enfants à Loix dans cette grande maison bien agencée, avec jardin , située dans un petit bourg très sympa avec commerces et mer à proximité, idéale pour des vacances en famille, plage, ballades à pied ou à vélo (possibilité de louer des vélos) beaucoup de pistes cyclables, nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances zen!!!
