Downtown Mill Valley holiday lettings

We felt welcomed before we even arrived at this property and the entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Situated in an ideal location, it was very clean, comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four with lots of space for cooking, eating and relaxing. The property is within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, shops and hiking trails and perfectly situated for trips to San Francisco and surrounding sights. I cannot recommend staying here enough, it has given us lovely memories for years to come.

From booking to the final day, my partner and I enjoyed this experience sooooo much! We stayed for 10 days to visit family, who live in downtown Mill Valley. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning, lovely natural light during the day, and were able to take a 15-minute walk to Sweetwater & the Depot every afternoon. The house is very clean and with plenty of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has all the amenities you could want, huge plus! The only downside, (that we missed upon booking), is that the hot tub is really a bath tub, which remains empty until you fill it yourself prior to using it. Totally understand the reasons for installing it like this, but we ended up not using it at all since it wasn't as convenient. That said, 5 stars and I would stay here again and again!!

I was over for a family visit in Mill Valley and also meetings in San Francisco. The location is perfect and I will stay again (this was my second stay).

We stayed just over a week at this property, it was clean and well maintained as the owners reside there on a permanent basis. They move out when you rent the property so the downside is there are lot of their personal belongings photos etc. There wasn’t a hug amount of space in the kitchen to put our provisions. The property is within walking distance of the town of Mill Valley which has some great restaurants, our favorites were Sol Food and La Playa. The house is as it looks in the middle of the woods which is very pretty and quiet.

Ideal accommodation for a couple visiting family in the area. Secluded from any traffic, in a lovely garden. Only minutes walk from central Mill Valley bars and restaurants. Easy driving environment and within an hour of SFO or OAK. We will use again.
